The lady that pick up the phone was very rude and doesn have any customers care she was very rude and not be able to answere the questions that i have for her and shesaid that there was a lot of noise in the street and obviously i was stuck in the street because i lost my keys , you just dont call lock smith while drinking coffe an a restaurant i was lost and with no car THANKS lock smith DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN

they just lacked the tools to make it happen. brought 8 locks to them and they didnt have the tools to get them all in sync at 10 am on a saturday! LUCKILY, i found a place in metuchen NJ and they lined em all up in an hour! dont get caught in a scramble with these guys,,,unless you enjoy freaking out....

Some other locksmith tried to rip me off, but they were honest and upfront about the cost. He got there quickly, was pleasant and professional, and did the job in about 5 seconds.
