I cant help but admire his dedication, enthusiasm, and positive spirit. And not only that, his pricing was way below at least 8 other locksmiths I got quotes from. He quoted me around $65 to rekey one lock (max $110 for 2 rekeys). 7 other places were $75-125 for only 1 rekey. Billys Locksmith quoted $90, which was still under their max quote. I ended up getting 1 lock rekeyed, got extra keys for that, and had duplicate keys made for a different lock - extra keys are $2 each. It totaled to $70 (he threw in some free key tags). With the Yelp deal. He was kind enough to satiate my curious by answering my questions about lock-picking and locksmithing. And it only took 30-40 min for him to help me with my requests. Fast-working and very skilled. He wouldnt accept any tip, and I wish I could give more than one 5 star review. But thanks again Arthur, and best wishes on your business!

Yes, these guys are as good as it gets. We had originally bought electronic keypads with installation from Amazon. The Amazon service guy showed up but unable to install the units due to our vintage locks. He promised to come back but cancelled. So we were stuck with inoperable locks and a limited time to install. I called Graham Locksmith for their help. I sent pics of the locks to Arthur and he knew exactly what to do. Arthur and Eric arrived with new locks in a short period of time, installed both locks, tightened our doorknobs, and set both locks to only use one key. They were prompt, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They walked through how to use the keypad and how to program it. The cost was excellent and their work ethic was impressive. Hire these guys! Youll be glad you did.

Graham Locksmith has come to our rescue twice. The first time, when I lost my keys in September and needed to get into my condo, as well as get a whole new set made at their store. The second time was last night when my roommate got locked outside without her keys or her phone. Sadly, I was unable to drive over and help her in. Fortunately, I contacted Graham locksmith and one of their locksmiths, Leo, was extremely courteous over the phone. He communicated clearly on when hed be available and when hed be coming over, then helped my roommate get back inside. While hopefully neither of us gets locked out again, were grateful to have Leo and his colleagues at Graham in our corner to help us whenever we need them. 5 star service

We recently had a break in at our co-op building in Williamsburg. After the board meeting, we decided to upgrade our locks for our building. I used Graham Locksmith before for keys so I called them for an estimate. Arthur was able to do a same day visit, and give me a few options to secure both of our front doors. I called him back the next day to do the work, and he was at our building in a few hours with all the new locks. Now our doors have very secure medeco locks, and hopefully we will have no further break ins. Thanks for the good work and fast response.

Found Graham Locksmith Co on Yelp and selected them because of their positive reviews along with a $25 discount deal going on. We lost our keys and needed to get into our office. In addition, we purchased a complicated "smart" lock for our home and installation was nothing simple. Arthur came to the rescue within a little under an hour and handled everything with ease. He even gave us AA batteries he had in his truck at no cost to us (which he didnt even have to do). Great service and highly recommended!

Most reliable locksmith Ive ever worked with!! Last night around 2am I got home and found out my key is gone, I called them and representative said the technician should contact me soon, 3 min after he called me back, was very polite and understanding, it took him 12 minutes to show at my doorstep and 7 minutes after I was in my apartment with new medico lock. I had to deal with locksmiths before (unfortunately) but these guys are totally trustworthy, professional and they are available 24 hours

I accidentally locked myself out of my bedroom. Its a push lock with a key entry on the outside. I called a few Locksmiths, these guys gave me a $75 quote to come now or $50 with an appointment. They sent Arthur he shows up and gets straight to it, he picked the lock in 2 seconds. I get to sleep in my bed tonight thanks to him and it didnt cost me a fortune. We had the lock changed on our front door. Tom was fantastic, super quick response times when we first spoke over the phone and installed the new lock professionally and quickly. He was super friendly and took the care to fully clean up after the job was complete. I would highly recommend them -especially if Tom is your technician. They accept Amex, and all major credit cards, and also provide a warranty on their service.

I got Locked out of my house on a Sunday morning I called and got the quote over the phone they arrived in 15 minutes. I have a difficult type of lock, but they were able to deal with it quickly. Fast. Professional. Very knowledgable! Called a bunch of locksmiths and found them to be the most honest and informative. He said he will be here in 30 min. He called when he arrived and repaired my lock very fast, he even gave me a reason as to why my door knob fell off. They were awesome!
