My normally smooth surfaced scarf came back with ripples! I dont know what they did to it in the cleaning process, but they should have at least try to smooth it out and return it to its original state. They offered to fix it but I refused since i dont trust their skills anymore. Im worried its permanently damaged. Will not go back.
