Misleading on hemming, poor job hanging sweaters. I dropped a lot of dry cleaning and one pair of pants to be cleaned and hemmed. Because the pants required a bit more work than normal (the pants are lined, they have a cuff), I was quoted a somewhat high price but agreed. I returned 6 days later to pick my things up only to find out the pants had not been hemmed because, upon closer examination, it seems that they had underquoted me. Which was strange, considering their reasoning for the initial price was the same reasoning for increasing the price. I told them not to bother. When I returned home, the rest of my clothes were cleaned but the sweaters had not been folded and were therefore wrinkled and mishapen. Ill fine another place that does a better job and for more reasonable prices.

I have been going to this dry cleaners for about a year now and I am blown away by the customer service provided. There are always teenagers from the local high school working when I go, and they are very respectful and know how to handle themselves. I have personally befriended two of them, Chris and Max. They are the best in my opinion, always willing to strike up conversation while they retrieve my sweaters.

I first went to one hour modernizing last year during christmas time. Ive started going a lot more! The people in there are very nice! There are always teenagers there when I go! They are all kind and respectful and know how to please a customer
