If there were negative stars I would give Denville Cleaners many negatives. They lost my 92 year old mothers full length mink coat. They were not too concerned, never offered compensation, never even apologized and did not try too terribly hard to track down the coat. I had to call numerous times, go in to the store as my mother and brother also did, but to no avail. I had to repeatedly insist the owner, Tom, call and even ask for clients to bring in coats of similar description as my moms. I was not going to take, "no I picked up my own coat at your cleaners" as proof from a total stranger because my moms coat is far nicer than the one Tom gave her. After several months of trying, my mother hired a lawyer and to add insult to injury Denville Cleaners brought into the lawyers as compensation, the same coat my mother had refused at least twice. Denville Cleaners took advantage of a 92 year old and exhibited total disrespect for the elderly and poor record keeping (Tom had tickets for furs without full names and telephone numbers-telling me he could not contact everyone). I only hope someone treats his mother as shabbily as he treated mine.

They almost RUINED our wedding reception! We were married in Scotland with only the best man and matron of honor. We were having a reception here for all our friends and family, we got the dress cleaned here before the reception. The dress had an intricate tie that laced all the way up the back that held the dress together. THEY DIDNT RETURN THE LACES! They left them out. WE had no way to lace up the dress at the reception until we cut the satin cord off the curtains there.

Ive been going to dry cleaners on a weekly basis for years. Denville Cleaners is the best dry cleaner that Ive every used. This place is great. Tom is very friendly and always helpful. They never mess anything up and offer a quick turnaround.

I have been coming here for about 2 years now. They are extremely nice. The tailor does a real good job. Everything is always pressed and packaged nice as well. I have never had any problems, and highly recommend it here!

A+++ service! Super friendly staff. Great punctual service. Clothes are always neatly cleaned and pressed. Shoes repaired are done nicely and returned in new condition. Would definitely recommend.
