This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I really shouldve read the reviews here before I went there. Here is my story, if it is too long for you to read, it is ok, just read this one sentence is enough: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! NEVER EVER! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF MEAN RUDE PEOPLE WHO PROVIDE HORRIBLE SERVICES! I sent my coat to them last spring .They totally messed up my coat. I cant believe they could not remove a soup stain on my coat! I had to went back three times to have them re-clean. The daughter of owner had very bad attitude and very very rude! She first pretended she did not understand English, then tried to blame me on the stain... finally the owner came up and fix the problem. But I can still see the color difference between where they clean and the rest of the coat. However, this is not the end of the story. I did not wear the coat until this winter . But when I put it on, I found the two belts on both sleeves were all gone. I hung my coat in the closet the whole spring summer and fall, never touched it. The only place the two belts could be missing is at THEIR STORE! I went back to them , and the daughter was very rude as usual and said they did not see the belts and blamed on me for loosing them ! What a HORRIBLE customer service! I really should"ve checked everything when they handed the coat over to me! Guess at that time I only focused on the stain they messed up! Well, if there was anything I did wrong, it would be this, I trust them too much!! AGAIN, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, NEVER EVER!!! Cant believe such business can still survive!!

I should read all the comments before I brought my $300 Marmot Coat to them. When I was there, I talked to the daughter of the owner to make sure that they could do dry clean for my pearl color Marmot Montreaux. And here what they did to my hoodie, it was burned. They told me that because this material was made it look like this after dry clean. They told me the owner was not there so they have nothing to do with my jacket then she spoke with her mom by Korean saying that "should we call dad?" and the mom said by Korean that my jacket was old (which I bought 5 months ago) and not good quality so do not hesitate about my problems. They did not know that I can understand Korean. What kind of customer services treated customers like that . I gave my coat to dry clean before and it turned out fine in different store. Very rude, irresponsibility customer service! If your clothes are valuable to you, avoid this place!

I needed to get a bridesmaids dress shortened a few inches. I decided to bring my dress here to get altered because the dress shop told me it was a simple alteration and would be less expensive to have it done somewhere else. When I went to pick my dress up, I saw that they had cut the outer chiffon layer at least an inch shorter than the inside lining! It was also at least 2 inches shorter on the right side than the left. They ruined a $250 bridesmaid dress and the manager denied any wrong doing. He even tried to say that was the style of the dress. They refused to reimburse the cost of the dress and only refunded me the $60 alteration fee after I said I was going to report them to the better business bureau.

awful!! If I could give negative points, I will. I washed my coat there. When I first walk there ask for a price, they showed me a list of price with the highest cost less than 10. But later when I brought my coat there, they said my coat was over-long coat and charged me 17 for each. When I got my black coat, I found the collar and the edge of the inside part were covered by white awful fluffs. I complained and one of the clerk just quickly remove a little from the collar, which was far from my satisfaction. Then they were very rude and claimed they only take care of the outer part of the coat and dont clean the inner part. They were so bad!!!!! Never go there anymore! Cheater!

I have been going there for 15 years. I have always found the service reliable, and good quality. I have all my dry cleaning done there and have had a number of alterations done there to my satisfaction. I am always greeteted with a smile. My experiences have been good!

Reliable cleaners. They also do alterations and shoe repair. Bit careless with shirt buttons. If I dont open up all buttons, then there is a good likelihood of them getting cracked. Same with the stains. If you have then, they can back as permanent orange/brown.
