Beware of this place and do not trust them with clothes bought with your hard earned money. I had a horrific experience at this place recently. I needed to get two new suit trousers hemmed for length over a period of a few weeks. By the way, this place by the charges 40% more for hemming services compared to most other places, so I thought they must be good at what they are do. Little did I know what was in store. The first pair was altered fine but in a few days, the threads began to come off on both the legs. So I had to take this pair back to them and have them re-hemmed. Alarm bells rang when the lady at the counter initially refused to acknowledge that this alteration was even done by Milano and that she could not find it on the "system". Milano does not give you a receipt once you pay for the service so I had nothing to show. Especially since the payment in this case was made in cash. But it was finally done after some back and forth, free of charge and I said to myself, they made a mistake, they fixed it and I am not going to hold it against them. That was my big mistake. A few days later, I took a second pair of new suit trousers to them for alteration for length and left a pair of pants to use as a model. When the altered pants came back - to my utter shock and horror - I saw that THE PANTS HAD BEEN HEMMED SIX INCHES SHORTER THAN WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN!!!! So bottom line, my pants and therefore my new suit - which was a pretty decent suit from Saks - had been ruined beyond any redemption. When I took it back to them, I got a level of runaround I had not expected from a reputed business, period. The same lady at the counter realized that the pants had been damaged, gave me a resigned attitude and put me in touch with the owner, Al. After several callbacks, phone messages and messages personally left at the cleaners, a connection was made due to my persistent efforts. The following were the arguments from Mr. Al, at different points in time during our conversations over the subject. They were basically rude, aimed at calling the customer an outright liar. These show how low a business can stoop to deny compensation to an aggrieved customer: 1. LIE: This alteration is not in our system. We did not do this job. 2. EVASIVE: You have to bring the "correct" model pants for our inspection and evaluation. They might have been a different style with a shorter length. Which I did and they flat denied that they were the pants they received during the alteration. (Implying that the trousers I owned had lengths different by as much as 6 inches). 3. STUPID: You gave us your sons pants. I told him I did not have a son. 4. INCOHERENT: "when you wife dropped off the pants , she said it was okay and it was done all the time" (I could make no head or tail of this argument). A lot of the arguments that Al provided were sadly incoherent besides being rude In a way it made me sad to see the decline to depths a business with any self-respect or dignity should not. I was looking to attach pictures of the model pants and the damaged ones so that reviewers could see the condition they were returned to me (a sign of disrespect for the customer, and in particular an aggrieved one) and the extent of the damage. However I cannot find the link to post these pictures. I would not trust this business at all not only with alterations but with laundry as well. They have no integrity and self-respect to own up to their mistake and provide compensation. If they damage your clothes by any chance, they will not own up to it. You will not get any compensation. It is risky to deal with them. I think such businesses bring disrepute and shame to our community and should be totally avoided. There are a lot of other options in the area.

The lady at the counter with the crooked teeth and large forehead was very impolite and unprofessional. The boss communicated with me that my clothing could be dry cleaned and in my possession by the following afternoon. Upon arrival the lady informed me that her boss was incorrect and said "your skirt is not getting touched today" her exact words. Im grieving a family loss and it took everything in me not to jump out of character and get physical. I bet she wouldnt have spoken to me in that tone in a different environment. Currently omw to a different dry cleaners and will never return to this location for any services and I will report this to the better business bureau and inform all of my colleagues not to come here for their services. Customer service is very important and you will lose a lot of business if you keep that troll at the front desk.

Beware! Terrible customer service. Recently I had a coat dry cleaned. The price I was asked to pay was higher than the price I was quoted when I originally brought in the coat for cleaning. There are no prices posted and the receipt you are given when leaving an item for cleaning has no price on it. The owner would not honor the price originally quoted. Not what you would expect from a reputable business. I would give Milano Cleaners zero stars, but Google wont allow this review to be posted that way.

I just pulled up the Google listing to see if I could get my clothes earlier in the day today and I noticed a couple 1 star ratings. I have been coming here almost a year and Ive never had a problem, the service has always been great and if Ive ever brought in stains or special requests theyve always been taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend this cleaner.

Highly recommend the service! Tailoring, Shoes, Laundry, Dry Cleaning - courteous service and always consistent. We use both drop off and pick up - absolutely convenient. I have tried many dry cleaners in the service and they all send it to the same place thus - bad quality. Milano has their own equipment - ie better, faster, cheaper.

Terrible customer service!!! Did not have my clothes when expected & smelled like a car air freshener when returned. The young lady that works there is incredibly rude & impolite. Not worth the price!!
