HORRIBLE customer service! Ruined my beautiful Burberry coat and the owner, Lorrie Janick, refused to take ownership of the shops mistakes. She even went so far as to blame her own employees, whom she claimed were difficult to deal with because of constant turnover in Princeton. Ended up getting amazing customer service from Burberry, who replaced the coat, even after confirming that Craft Cleaners had ruined the coat. Since this incident 2-3 years ago, I have refused to give my frequent business to Craft Cleaners and I have not hesitated to pass on that message to others, many of whom have had equally as infuriating experiences at the shop. AVOID AVOID AVOID - Convenience does not equal high quality work!

Their service is horrible and they dont do a good job at cleaning your clothes, especially when they are of material that needs special care. Also horrible customer service and they dont take responsibility for their mistakes. Will never go back there again.

They destroyed my silk blouse, charged me, saying that it required special care (? even the simplest stain was not removed) and refused to take responsibility for it. Their customer service is simply awful.

I think the counter employees are quite courteous and friendly. There have been a couple of glitches over the ten years I have been a Craft patron, but theyve always made it right.

Lost my tuxedo shirt. Didnt return my shirts on time and never told me they didnt add them. Never apologized and took no responsibility. Terrible service.
