They are the BEST in town!!! Always a positive experience with EZ Cleaners. Yes, the family is extraordinarily adept at their profession. They have masterly removed all manner of stains (ink, blood, play dough, questionable hospital stains, etc) from my colleagues garments (dress shirts, white coats, ties, trousers). When Mrs. Kim has tailored shirts and trousers and hemmed items torn, frayed, and worn from use the alterations are perfectly imperceptible! Mrs Kim is very gracious and cordial. I deeply respect her honesty. Especially when she once quietly answered my shy question regarding her cultural customs. David is also very polite. I always have a positive experience with EZ Cleaners. Pardon me for not sharing ALL of my excellent experiences with the family at EZ Cleaners. I hope that when I post more details they will have a star rating of "extraordinary to perfection" despite the 0 idiot! CJ (0 idiot) should experience the worst in Parsippany: the dependably surly boor at Green Hill Cleaners...

Ive been going here to get my shirts laundered for at least 6 years and I return because of their service. Ive never lost any items in 6 years, nothing was ever damaged, their next day service is dependable. Mrs. Kim is anything but rude, she recognizes me by name every time and her Son David is very polite. CJ is an idiot I will assume.

This is my first time ever getting shirts laundered and Im very impressed with the results (not that I have a lot to compare it to). the place is clean and the staff are friendly enough. I needed my shirts back in 24 hours and they were ready on time and looked great!

I went in there seeking information on their services and asked for a flyer of some sort and the older woman in there completely blew me off! I dont understand why anyone would treat any potential customers like that. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have a wedding to attend today and wasnt able to make it to their closing time yesterday (Saturday) to pick up my suit and they stayed an extra 40 minutes for me to get there!!

Pricey but worth every dime. Quality tailoring and cleaning. They even got an old wine stain out of my cashmere scarf!
