Bought a brand new shirt. Took it here and they got something on the collar and would not own up and make it right. Ruined shirt that I have never worn. Will not be coming here again. The place 3 doors down seemed much more accountable. If they keep this up there might be some real estate available in this location.

I find the staff very friendly and I am always satisfied with the service. I have had bad experiences with other cleaners prior to moving to the Morristown ares, and never have I had any issues with the Morristown Cleaners (over 3 years now). Highly recommended.
