Completely satisfied with the service. As part of my rental agreement I had to have our apartments carpets cleaned upon moving out - Im glad we went local with Chem-Dry Express here in Robbinsville. We had the carpets in 3 rooms cleaned at a rate of $60 per room. Darryl was finished in about 80 minutes, and I was happy with his job well-done. Ive attached a before and after of the main living areas carpet. As you can tell, we had an area rug covering part of the carpet for a year, and I was worried even the cleaning service wouldnt be able to make the unsightly rectangle disappear - Darryl said hed try his best to make it clean so everything appeared uniform, and I believe the photos speak for themselves.

Upon purchasing a home we had Chem Dry come clean our carpets before moving in. They were responsive, timely, and were able to get us in when we wanted. We chose Chem Dry because of a recommendation from our realtor and paid a little extra because the carpets dry so much quicker than with other cleaning companies. I was quoted an estimate of $350 for 800 sqft; however, to my disappointment the actual cost was over double the estimate despite the square footage only being 1.5x the estimated area. This was discussed after they measured upon arrival so I had to choice to continue prior to the work being done, but the cost difference despite sqft difference was less than ideal.

I have had many positive experiences with Chem Dry both for carpeting/rugs and for upholstery. The technician arrives in a timely manner, is polite and gets the job done efficiently. The technician this time pointed out a rip in my love seat upholstery than I had not noticed. My only concern this time is that two stains were still on one cushion after the technician left and he had not mentioned them. I then used the Chem Dry spray and both came out. If they had not come out, I would have called Chem Dry and I am sure they would have returned but I was puzzled that these two stains (redd-ish, orange) were not noticed.

The Chem Dry rep who came to our house was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. Since the couch was old, before he started the work itself he informed us on what to expect on the end result. So I was quite pleased that he gave us his honest feedback and did not sugar coat us into believing that the couch will look like new, just to get some business. Once he started the cleaning, we saw him work very hard to get the stains off as much as he could and in the end we were very satisfied with the results. I will definitely approach chem dry in future as well!!

The man that came to clean our carpet was fantastic. He evaluated the area and gave his professional opinion, that because of the age and type of the carpet and the high traffic marks, it would not look totally clean. When I scheduled the service, I expressed my concerns that the carpet was older and was advised that if the technician didnt think we would be completely happy with the final results, they wouldnt push the service, and thats exactly what happened. We decided to replace the carpet and will definitely use Chen-Dry Express to maintain the new one.

I appreciated the easy of scheduling, the promptness of Darryl, the fabulous ChemDry employee who did a great job on both the carpets and tile floors at the townhouse I was moving out of. During the walk through and estimate he provided clear options so I was able to quickly decide how to proceed. He also did an especially wonderful job on the tile - looked better than Ive ever seen it. I also appreciated the notification that he was on his way and when he was almost done (so I could come and see the very clean house for myself before he left).

Awesome cleaning I was almost ready to get my carpets changed But once Mr Robert came in and worked his magic, they look almost new My carpets are around 7 years old but 99 percent of my stains are gone I am extremely happy and thrilled I think I got much more in value than what I paid Every dime I spent gave me a return of 200 percent Mr RObert is a perfect gentleman and a thorough professional He ensured that I was totally satisfied I give Mr Robert 10 stars for the job

We just had chem-Dry come to our house to clean our carpet. I couldnt believe how flawless our carpet came out. it looks like a brand new carpet! Our Technician was Rob. He was extremely nice. I was very impressed how hard and efficient he worked. He went above and beyond of what our expectations were. Quick drying. 2 hours or less!! No damage to the stuff underneath the rug or risk of mildew under there either. Smells clean. Removes stains. Not a long time to wait for their service either. I called on Thursday night and they were there on Friday afternoon! The guys are terrific also. And well mannered which is always a plus. Ive used these guys for my new rugs for 10 years now. My rug still looks great.

These guys at ChemDry are great. I have them to my home about once a year to clean carpets. They are always professional, respectful and do a good job. Recently I had frozen pipes and resulting water damage. I called them the moment it happened, they were on the job within an hour, cleaned up the water professionally and made sure no mold or other after effects. I would recommend them to anyone.
