Recuerde, el cliente siempre es correcto. These guys have a very bad system for finding out whos next in line to get a haircut. Everybody signs up on the list but every barber who goes up to the list looks completely confused. When they call out a name sometimes they dont call it out correctly or loud enough for the customers in the back to to hear their name and then they blame you for not listening. You have a large number of Barbers which is good and you think that there is no waiting but when they are on their phone half the time it takes them more time to do haircuts. Also just because I look white and have a white first name does not mean that I dont know what youre saying in Spanish. I am half Latino. Not very smart business to do that you dont know who is who or who is listening.

This place is grate! however i am very sorry to write this negative review. I been going here for yrs, my recent visit gave me a skin infection called "Ringworm" this is due to not keeping there cutting tools clean and due to lack of hygiene problem (I am known to be very clean person). Even though I always ask to clean the tools they use but if you ask 10 times, they will clean it one time (one thing), also during cutting they switch between many tools. All kind of people come for haircut, this skin infection is very common to catch at barber shops if they lack hygiene and cleanliness. Very sad to let go this place from the place I use to go. Just be careful ask them to clean the every tool which touches your skin. Its been weeks I been still fighting this infection.

Went to this place for the first time and it was a nice experience for me. Im pretty happy with the kind of services and atmosphere present. The best things is one can save a lot time by doing prior reservation. Staff is very friendly and respect their customers, the only thing I didnt like that they dont accept credit cards. Make sure that you are having enough cash before visiting else be ready to pay extra transaction charges while withdrawing cash from ATM they have it over there. But you will get a nice hair cut for a decent price they are really good at their work.

I moved from New York to Jersey. Three barber shops later, I came across Masterclips based on the excellent Google reviews. This is a very friendly, welcoming environment where I bring my son. At his young age, considering how impatient the youngsters can be, he always insists on waiting for Joey, but if you go there, youd understand why! Overall, the service, and atmosphere is great! And lets not mention the cuts - its a guarantee that youll come out of there looking handsome and feeling like a million bucks!

Asked for a fade that was actually pretty good but when it came to the shape up guy cut me pretty badly.. like a long red line on the side of my face bad. Clipper and extensions were also never disinfected and pulled out from a dirty drawer. Worst of all guy dried my cuts with a dirty towel that already had someone elses dried blood on it. The guy was chubby with glasses and a beard. Idk about the other barbers their but this was unacceptable.

Simply the best barbers in Middlesex county. I never had to wait longer than 20 minutes for a haircut, even on weekends when they are packed, they some how manage to keep the wait time below 20 minutes. Pro Tip: Wednesday afternoons is the best day to go, I literally walk in and sit down at the barbers chair.

Avoid using the ATM here, which charges a $2 withdrawal fee on top of whatever out-of-network fees your bank charges.
