I would not bring my children to this place. Ill tell you the long list of the reasons why: There are barely any paper towels for the children to use, kids do not have privacy when using the bathroom, children must walk through the staff bathroom to get to the other side and use the gym, the sandbox has ringworm in it and children are allowed to run through it by the management, the gym is too small to do anything, the director is very vague and is unorganized in her management, there are not enough staff members to watch the children if staff must use the bathroom, the floor in the gym are dirty/never mopped, the soap in the girls room is not secured and is broken so it falls frequently, there is a teenager of 15 yrs old supervising the children by herself many times, there are limited microwaves so the children have to wait forever for their lunches, there isnt sufficient spray bottles to disinfect the tables, the staff members are not trained properly in procedures or first aid, children are allowed to do dangerous things like flips outside in the playground by the management, children are punished by taking away their snacks/food and told to put their heads down after they are left alone in the room and they have gotten in trouble when the staff member comes back, sick staff members are not sent home because there are no replacement staff (or dont want to pay a sub), do not keep to the schedule of field trips and sports activities promised to the children, are given board games with missing pieces and that are broken, do not have proper toys for school-age children, have broken cots and tables, rarely disinfect their toys, allow children to take off their shoes all the time and wear flip flops, do not have fire drills, only get an oatmeal package for breakfast if that, allow movies with curse words, school-age kids are yelled at for talking when babies are sleeping at nap time, no sinks or microwaves in the classrooms where they are needed, seat belts are not worn in the field trip van, and staff members are not properly informed of certain center procedures or trained in any way whatsoever, staff members are not given TB tests or asked for paperwork for it, etc etc. Send your child elsewhere if you are smart.

My older daughter has been going here since she is 4 and now she is 10 years old and presently attending. My second daughter who now is 4 month old also attends. I have had really good care. The owner is really attentive. And most important I trust his staff with my daughters. At times because I have a newborn I have drop in at different times and my mother have stop by and my daughter hasnt been crying, no dirty diapers, or anything I can say. Every time I enter it looks clean and it smells pleasant. Am also glad they upgraded their cameras, it makes me feel their is extra eyes on my daughters.

I like Tiny Hands Daycare, because the owner is a caring man, who cares for his clients individual needs. My children have attended Tiny Hands Daycare for 18 mo. For that time, they have learned new things and made friends. Mr. T is a knowledgeable and understanding man. My children are safe and enjoy going to Daycare everyday. I know Mr. Ts business will continue to grow, because parents will see he cares about people, and thats what matters
