Over the this past weekend 06/13/15 in the morning my boyfriend had a very bad experience with a worker there whom called him white trash and throw his change on the floor just because he was carrying laundry in and his shorts were hanging down a bit. We are not racist people and never said any racial remarks in this place however people who work there treated him racially and was not right. I dont care if you dont like your job or what not but you always act professional no matter what and you treat people with respect especially since we have to pay freakin money just to do laundry there. I have never been so disgusted with someones behavior then I am when I heard what this woman called him. Normally I wouldnt have a negative comment about this place but one person can make you have a bad experience.

10/08/16 The worker there is RUDE & IGNORANT. She snatched the cart out my hand very hard for taking the cart to my car, I had 3 heavy bags to load WHILE IT WAS RAINING. She berated me for taking it out and said I couldve just carried my 3 bags! Then said if I didnt like it not to go there again. She was complaining the whole time and was being Rude to other customers there. The whole experience was uncomfortable and hostile with the worker berating everyone, when all we wanted is to wash clothes and she clearly does not like her job.
