The few times so far that I have gone the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Generally the other customers either keep to themselves or are very congenial. I feel like the prices are better than a lot of other places in the area that I think all of them should be lowered a little bit. You can purchase a card as soon as you walk in that you can keep so whatever you dont spend you can use another time which is very convenient however when they say you get free drying with the wash it doesnt specify a period of time that comes with it so its unclear if you have half an hour or a full hour or something in between... would definitely recommend to anybody regardless

This Laundromat is one of a kind,its spacious and has brand new washers and dryers that work just as good if not better than the old school ones. Aside from the attentive and helpful staff,they have free dryers,yes Free dryers for every load! Free WiFi and plenty of room for the kids to sit down color,do homework,snack or whatever. When you come to Canal Laundry youll make this your only Laundromat guarantee.

Ill give it a 2....any other day i would say 4/5. Ive been coming to this laundromat for about 8/9 years and today they have a new attendant who is just sitting on the phone yapping about nothing and not tending to his duties. I asked him 15 minutes ago to come sweep by the drawers and he still on the phone. He needs to be terminated....Im beyond pissed

I started coming here for about a year now...when I first came here it was very clean and all the machines worked Now its nasty as hell! The employees here are very nice they greet you when you come in and helpfully besides one and its the white old lady. She has a very nasty attitude! Not helpful at all. She neef to retire!

An older lady with black hair was completely rude because the washer I paid for locked and she walked away from the situation instead of helping and when she did help it was with a terrible attitude and then blamed me for the washer locking .

I dont normally use laundry services. But I was temporarily without a dryer and used this place to take care of my laundry. The woman on staff was extremely helpful to this newby. The regular clientele seemed friendly.

Plenty of room to wash n fold your cloth . Lots of working washers and dryers . They also offer wash n fold staff to do your wash while your working , shopping or just enjoylife.

Clean place to do your laundry plus its free dry with each wash. Extra large machines for those larger items i.e. bed spreads, comforters, curtains etc.
