First day I dropped my laundry off and the first lady said I could pick it up two hours later. I went to pick my laundry the second day but they forgot about it. The second lady apologized to me and offered me free service!! So I went back the third day, my laundry was done, the second lady gave me a big smile and a warm hug!☺️ Great customer service
