Dart Cleaners is amazing.. I have an extremely warm down coat that used to belong to my sister from the early 90s and I was very upset to find that my dog had peed on it last year (early 2011). Because it was so old I knew the coat couldnt be replaced, and down is SO difficult to clean because it cannot be washed or soaked without ruining the material. Of all the products I tried in an attempt to get rid of the smell-- a gallon of Natures Miracle (literally, a gallon), vinegar, baking soda, even just Oust spray to mask the odor-- NOTHING worked. The coat REEKED like pee and every time I would put it on I felt sick from the smell. As a last ditch effort I took the coat to Dart on 37 to see what they could do. After picking up the coat today I wouldve sworn it was the same coat but brand new! It looked great! They made the coat fluffy again, cleaned all of the wear smudges, and -- drumroll -- there is NO pee smell..!! Literally none. I stuffed my face into the coat and smelled deep, but there is no odor. Unbelievable. Plus the staff is very friendly and truly appreciates their customers. Love this place, highly recommended!

I had this coffee stain on my pants that I wanted to get removed but prior to coming to Dart Cleaners, other dry cleaners just told me that the stain was too old to get removed. When I came to Dart Cleaners, Michael, the owner, confidently told me not to worry and though I was weary, I gave this place a try. When I came back to pick up my pants, THE STAIN WAS GONE! My pants actually looked brand new! Dart Cleaners has found a life long customer in me. I highly recommend this place!

Pros: Very courteous employees. They were really nice, so its not easy to write a negative review. Cons: Expensive. I brought in two dress shirts, two ties, one suit blazer with pants, and one 3-piece Indian ceremonial outfit. If I remember correctly, the total cost for cleaning was $40-$50. One dress shirt was returned with a stain. Although I overlooked mentioning the stain, I wish they either communicated about it if they couldnt get it out.

I brought in a stale, wrinkly blazer with a lopsided collar. I got back a fresh, crisp, new-looking blazer, even though the woman behind the counter warned me the wrinkles probably wouldnt come out. Would definitely return and recommend to friends! :)

Dart always does a beautiful job on my clothes & alterations. They always take extra care with my sweaters, folding them with tissue paper They are the best around!
