The very first vendor that we booked was Dahlia Flower & Event Design. Bart and the other florists made this such an easy decision and by far one of our best. Bart and his team made my wife’s Etsy dream arrangements into a reality that were not only gorgeous, but budget-friendly and able to withstand a full-day’s event. Their arrangements were stunning, full, vibrant, and thoughtful. The bouquets were classy and elegant. They “popped” in pictures. Gorgeous alone, and understated when they had to be - the bridal bouquet added an indescribable new element to my beautiful bride’s wedding day ensemble. To this day, I’m still speechless. To this day, I have a newfound appreciation for flowers and their role in a wedding. During the reception, the DJ played a game where the centerpieces were the prizes. I’ve been to quite a few weddings this year, and never have I seen so many guests take a game like that so seriously! The winners victoriously “strutted” out of the reception with their winnings - beautiful arrangements in hand. Days later, these same flowers are just as beautiful, popping up on Facebook and Instagram feeds, proudly and prominently displayed in the homes of our guests. Flowers they have are really nice but the service....hmmm... thats a whole other story. I came in on Saturday and wanted to look at some catalogs for the wedding. I was told that there is no such thing, that these days everything is on a computer and that we would have to make an appointment. I get that, for consultation you need an appointment but to look at some pictures? Please. The man at the counter was not very pleasant so we thanked him for his service and we went elsewhere. We found another florist owned by Agnieszka Laurowska who has her florist shop in Wallington NJ right on Main St. Easy direction, easy PARKING. She was absolutely wonderful! Made us feel very important even though she had a delivery to the church within next hour. She had actual catalogs that we could look at and we made a purchase. For a little bit of time Floral Magic got the business and Dahlia Flowers didnt. So sad that if you are in the business for a little longer people think they can treat customers like they are doing them a favor.

We used Dahlia for all of the flowers for our wedding and they were great! We couldnt have asked for more and people still talk about how amazing our centerpiece flowers were and my bouquet has been repinned on pinterest a few dozen times! We went a few months before the wedding for a consultation where they laid out what our centerpieces would look like. We told them our color scheme and that we wanted sunflowers (which didnt really match everything else) and they suggested a way to incorporate red sunflowers which we didnt even know existed! We did one more run-through and a few days before the wedding they provided me with a small arrangement to see what all the flowers were like! It was such a nice gesture!. Everything came out beautifully and well priced and wed highly recommend them to anyone. My husband even used them two months later to get me a wedding bouquet made up of the same design from our wedding and gave them freedom to do what they do best and it came out gorgeous too!

Words cannot express how great Dahlia Floral and Event Design is! Bartek is simply the best! When I came in for my appointment that I made few weeks prior he was prepared with a notebook, flower samples and was able to create a sample centerpiece that was absolutely stunning and it was only a sample! Besides dealing with Bartek everyone else at the shop was super friendly. They worked with my budget, and even offered great suggestions when the flowers I wanted were above the cost I wanted to spend. I was able to customize everything from the colors, types of flowers, to even the color ribbon used on the bouquets. They made my day extra special with the most beautiful centerpieces, pipe and drape at the reception hall as well as beautifully decorated the church. Take my word for it and book with them when you can! You will get compliments on the flowers days, weeks and months after your event.

Dahlia Flowers and Bart provided excellent service and beautiful flower arrangements for my June 25th 2016 wedding. Everything from my first flower consultation to the day of my wedding, Bart and his team always listened to my ideas and offered me constructive advice every step of the way. Communication with Bart and his assistants went seamless and all of my guests raved about the flowers. I wish all my wedding vendors were this professional and trusting. As a bride, its difficult to find vendors who are patient, honest, and professional from first meeting-contract signing-to the big day and I really appreciate Dahlia Flowers for providing the same level of effort and professionalism throughout the whole process that I experienced during the first consultation. I started going to Dahlia a few months ago when they first opened near my home. The owners are really nice and definitely put in the extra effort to make beautiful arrangements. My first order was a small bouquet for $25, which looked like it was worth $50. They have a way of adding a lot of greenery and beautiful little accessories to the flowers, which make their bouquets look very expensive, even when it doesnt cost the customer that much. I also made a large order of boutonnières that I needed at 6:30 am on a Sunday. The owner happily came and opened the store for me just for my convenience, even though I was waking him up at 6:00 am on a Sunday! I would highly recommend this florist.

I have been using Dahlia flowers for the last year. For my wedding and for my baby shower. There flower quality and design are stunning! In my opinion, there are no florists like Dahlia around. My bouquet was roses and mini callas, it was stunning. The baby shower centerpieces were also gorgeous, mini roses mixed..everyone asked where did I get my flowers. As for the other persons comment on price, in my opinion: you get what you pay for! All the flowers are made to order and you get the freshest, top quality flowers that dont sit around. Tell Dahlia what you want and they will create it. This is a must see and use florist for any of your personal or event needs!

Doing business with Bart was more then a pleasant experience! He was one of our favorite vendors we used for our wedding and for those of you who have gotten married you know it can be hard to find someone you trust. I brought in pictures of things I had visioned and he easily brought them to life. He gave me his honest opinion when he felt something could be made better and without his professionalism or experience our wedding would not have been what it was. The flowers/decor we used made my "gatsby" themed wedding exactly just that. I highly recommend Bart and his crew and my husband and I will definitely be using him in the future.
