I was thrilled with the atmosphere that birch design created for my sons bar mitzvah weekend this past january. their staff was professional and responsive. they incorporated my ideas, added their own and stayed within budget to design a stylish friday night dinner in a tent and a whimsical yet sophisticated shabbat lunch in my synagogues ballroom. friday dinner was served in a white tent on a long table which was dramatic and formal with beautiful white roses, crystal candle sticks and candelabras, clear lucite chairs and elegant textured clothes. it was tasteful, classic and exactly what i wanted. saturday lunch was in my synagogues ballroom which birch transformed into the splitting of the red sea. birch was able to use caravans with baskets for the food, lighting, tablecloths, plants, sand, and flowers to produce the feeling of crossing the red sea. i was involved in every step of the planning. birch would send me emails or texts with photos of different ideas they had. they were responsive to my ideas and were able to work within my budget. i couldnt have been happier with the results. no one will ever forget that lunch. the birch group is sensible, receptive, and incredibly creative. i would hire them for my next affair.

They understood what I wanted to accomplish and brought it to a whole new level through attention to detail.
