Horrible experience! Ive heard such great things about this salon so I decided to try it out myself. I wanted an ombré an instead was given highlights. The highlights werent even blended into my hair. The color of the highlights look disgusting. And the worst part is, my hair was literally falling apart from overbleaching. They even had the ordacity to tell me they shouldve charged me $200 for their horrible job, but instead were going to charge me $150. Never going there again and I hope no one else experiences this.

I love how the dominican women at charms do my hair. valeria and giselle are mother and daughter and are the best in the salon. they are always booked though so you must make appts ahead of time. the women who do threading are very rude but a few of them do good jobs. they also do good with color there. dyed my hair blonde and i loved it! its packed on saturdays but its worth it, theyre amazing. also, theyre are a hair salon, if you want a pedicure go to a nail salon, thats their expertise.

I always get my hair washed and blown out by hair stylist Dulce! She is very talented...my hair always comes out perfect! Ive been natural for about 2 years and Dulce recommended I do the Keratin treatment so my hair could be more manageable...I took her advice and Im so in love with my hair now! It looks healthier than ever and is already growing!! 2 thumbs up to Charms and to Dulce! I would recommend her any day!

I straightened my thick 4b natural hair here for my college graduation last year and it was straight, soft, and bouncy! It looked like I had a good relaxer! Kenya did my hair. She took her time but it didnt take toooooo long despite there being other patrons. The heat was painful and I wasnt used to it as it was my first blowout ever but to my surprise my hair returned to its natural texture! LOVELY JOB!

Horrible experience. I had black hair that was never touched before and I wanted to change it to a medium brown color. I ended up walking out with the same exact hair color I had before when I walked into the salon. I payed $85 for nothing literally. I cant wait to go back and let them know how frustrated I am that I payed so much for no damn reason. Never recommending this place for anyone.

the worst Pedicure i have ever had.... waste of time and money... my pedicure was done exactly in 12 minutes... before starting pedicure they would not even take off my old nail paint inspite of telling twice.. i will never do pedicure there again...no wonder they charge less...

The girls are great at threading there. The salon itself is not very posh...and has a run down look but the prices are competitive...$8.00 for eyebrow threading and the services are not half bad. During peak hours it can get very busy and wait times can be very long.

Eyebrow threading wizzards! I do not let anyone else touch my eyebrows!!. I no longer live in NJ but they are so good that even if I have to wait 3 months until I am back in NJ, I will wait rather than entrust my eyebrows to anyone else!

I love this place . It is great , friendly and very welcoming. Dulce makes my hair .also she introduce me to the new Kerstin - botax and is wonderful, my hair had a lot of shine, volume , flyaway +frizz. I recommend it.
