The Hammonton Post Office leaves much to be desired. I have an office in a office complex. There are 5 mailboxes, total with each mailbox very clearly labeled with the Suite letter. The mailperson religously puts mail into the wrong box. I called the Hammonton Post Office on three occasions to complain. The first time I was told I would receive a return phone call. I did not get a call. The second and third time I was told directly by the Postmaster that he would visit the office complex to speak with me and work on a resolution. He never made those visits. Finally, I went to the Post Office and spoke with the Postmaster and was assured that he, personally, would tend to the problem to make certain that mistakes do not happen again. Mistakes continue to happen on a very frequent basis. All I know is that I get the wrong mail in my box. What I dont know, and what is a bigger concern for me, is how much of mail is being delivered to the wrong address.

I have found that they are unpredictable when it comes to the main doors being open by or open until the times posted. I cant tell you how many times Ive stopped after work around 5:30pm to find the doors locked and flag still up on the pole. I dont recall ever having a problems with the employees at the counter, theyre always friendly and helpful.
