Giving this place a "1" is far too generous ! We can not get a parcel of any size delivered. We had to give up our Amazon Prime Account, the local driver refuses to get out of the truck..flat out refuses. I have numerous stories about how poor this service is. The latest was yesterday, my wife and I were in the drive walking to the car when he pulled up....I waived and headed to the mailbox, he drove away after placing some things in the box at the curb. Among the "mail" was a "Sorry we missed you" notice...he saw me, chose to not deliver a small parcel because he may have to move. We have gone for as much as three weeks with an Amazon subscription delivery sitting in the post office. He writes "HEAVY" on a package and such...this has gone on for a long time, and he gets to keep his job. I am now totally convinced the USPS needs to go...they can not compete...its a joke.

I have never known a Federal Office that had people who had no idea what they were doing, they move like snails and they act like your requests for service are optional. I basically did their job to get m bulk businesses legal letters mailed out and its been two days Ive been back there 3 times and they have not got to weighing it and pricing it for me to come pay for it. Is this an option I mean I didnt take in a print job to a local printer this is the USPS Im just appalled at this its so unprofessional and puts my job at risk when I am not making sure it gets things done and the fact we are talking legal letters that must be mailed in excess of a 600.00 bill to my company.

There is always a line because none of the workers make an effort to be fast. On top of that all the mail holds are at this location so they have to go to the back and search for mail every few customers. And the last time I was there, I watched an employee pick up a box that said "fragile glass hwc" on every side and proceed to toss it end over end into the outgoing mail bin! I was infuriated even though it was not even my package. Go to one of the smaller local branches if you have the option.

Often only 1 clerk, sometimes 2 very slow clerks. Theyve handled my packages, envelopes and requests well but Ive seen them really act with disregard to customers, not answering the phone, telling irate customers the postmaster is only available 1 hour per day on a few days to handle their major problem (fraud, stolen packages), and other serious issues. I like the clerks, but if you can, I highly recommend the *other* Lawrenceville Post Office on RT. 206.

This post office is horrible out of say 8 packages that I have been waiting for during a period of time ONLY about 2 of them came on time filed multiple complaints no one ever contacted me like they said they would and yet here we go again package was to be delivered today and NOTHING I am beyond furious I am paying for shipping and not getting it on time

Had a couple problems before but they always tried to fix the issue. I have my mail man regularly get out and drop boxes off at my door without any issues, and some of them are heavy as i order dog food and such through amazon prime. Overall a 4/5, because there are sometimes problems, even though they do get fixed.

I went there in person, and they were friendly, but everytime I try to call them no one picks up the phone! Ever! I wouldnt mind so much if I could leave a message with my question, but they dont even have voicemail. The phone just keeps ringing and the only way to change that is to hang up the phone yourself.

Horrible experience with getting my mailbox set up at my apartment. Its been three weeks now and still has not been set up. The communication between each other is horrible. All I keep hearing from them is next day next day and now here I am three weeks later and nothing.

Not a good place, havent got my mail in around a month. They give you a number to call and no one ever answers the phone. lived in many city and never faced any thing like this before. I need my mail and none of them cares. WOW... rate -1

Zero stars! These people dont answer the phone!!!! Eventually they just knock it off the hook! They also say they attempted a delivery, when in fact, you were home all day at a private residence and they never attempted to do anything.

Worst post office, the carrier will NOT deliver any packages. No one answers the phone, people at the office are extremely slow, management doesnt exist. I have been trying to get my packages for weeks, they REFUSE to help.

Service is horrible, they leave boxes all over the counters and you have to wait there after you drop off a box to make sure that it gets into the bin. Always feel unsure about my drop offs.
