This post office is the worst. Mail delivery couldnt be more erratic and unreliable. Ive seen the mail carrier stop at my mailbox and not even attempt to deliver a package that required a signature and then mark the delivery status as attempted but nobody home. When calling the post office directly it seemed like an inconvenience that they had to return. Ive also not received mail at all when expecting a delivery and seen the truck drive right on by. Formal complaints filed and nothing has changed in the over 5 years theyve been delivering my mail.

One star is too much, but I cant give a zero. This is the most inept post office I have ever dealt with. One person in particular is so rude its a wonder she still has a job. Yet, she is there, year after year. This would never fly in the private sector. I have to ship packages from time to time, and the drop off bin is not clear half the time. Forget about asking a question, you will receive an automatic "no" regardless of what you want. They just cant be bothered.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Very nasty staff, one women in particular. Would not scan in my package and would not give me a receipt that it was dropped off. Was told in a very nasty way that when i printed the label that was my receipt. It is still not showing as at the post office a day latter. Never had a issue like this in Hopewell or the Yardley PA offices. I would strongly suggest to avoid this location. Hopewell is much nicer and extremely friendly as is Yardley.

Having dealt with PPO for a number of years I have noticed the service has deteriorated significantly. Worst time to go is around the lunch hour - not enough windows open. Plan to spend a minimum of 15 minutes waiting in line. The staff is not customer friendly and even downright rude. Awful service. Avoid if possible. I rate negative star and will take my business to another PO.

Used to be the nicest of POs but now the service can be down right brutal. Had issues with a package and the woman wouldnt even take my address to ask the carrier. It was as if I was interfering. Isnt the PO about servicing the community? This is my main facility so I am forced to use it but I wouldnt if I had another option. Can be down right rude. :(

With the cutbacks that have happened as of late, the service at this Post Office has gone from mediocre to terrible! Theres usually only one clerk on duty, and one in particular thinks nothing of making you wait while they wander around in back pretending theyre busy. Use this place only if you have no other choice!

If it was possible to give this post office negative stars I would because thats the quality of the customer service at this local. The employees I have encountered both in the physical building or on the phone, clearly are not interested in even trying and it shows. Frustrating.

Only thing I can comment is my experience for Passport Renewal. If you have an appointment, it is super fast process and fastest I have experienced at any post office. I was very pleased and thank you to the lady that manages it.
