Mail is missdilivered by none regular carriers. I have to deliver neighbors mail that is delivered to my adress when other a dress is clear and legible. Fake information posted on website for package tracking about attempts of delivery and notices. No attempts made and no notices left, stayed home by the window earring for sensitive medication. Very sad. Forces me to use FedEx or UPS for shipping. If this was a business it would be closed down long time ago. Other neighbors have the same issue of packed not being delivered. Dont offer a service if it cant be done because few snow flakes affect the performance.

Dont go through this post office for passport renewal. Only 1 of their employees knows what they are doing with the passport process. I took a photo there and the Government wouldnt except the photo because the post office didnt take it properly. Also, my statement of consent for issuance of a minor somehow did not show up on the receiving end in Houston. Now I have to fill out another Issuance and go to a notary again. Not to mention I am writing this review as I am on hold over the phone with this post office trying to resolve this issue. Ive been on hold now for 15 minutes and counting.

Every package I have ever ordered I track. Every package i have ever ordered that has passed through this hub takes AT LEAST 48 hours to leave! My current package I was expecting yesterday hit 8 P.O. boxes on its way before this one and left every single one the same day it arrived. But OF COURSE, as usual, it arrives at this P.O. and stays there for TWO DAYS!! Now its Sunday and Monday is a holiday so what i needed for this weekend, I dont have. If there was a way to request mail services to avoid certain locations, this place would be number one on my list!

The physical Post Office building is not bad. The staff there are nice and ok and all. And I really hate to give a 1 star rating, but maybe it will catch some supervisor or managers eye over there. My main complaint is that I have had to pick up multiple packages (3 packages in the last 1 month) AND I WAS AT HOME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. The post man DID NOT ring the door bell each time and instead, I received the pick up slips in the mail box. LAZY-HALF ASS DELIVERY PERSON.

Something fishy happens here. I mailed my wedding invitations from this post office almost three months before the wedding. Nothing fancy about the invitations - very simple cards in regular envelopes. Several people received their invitations only a few days before the wedding, and four people never received theirs at all. Two of our guests actually received their invitations after the wedding. I will never use this post office again for anything.

I have a PO Box here and there are so many time I dont receive my mail as it is being delivered to other PO box owners. Sometimes I get my mail all ripped up and open by a different PO box owner due to a postal worker delivering to wrong PO box. How hard is it to read and put in the correct PO Box!! Very disappointing that we have to pay for for a PO box and the service is terrible!!!

The hours here are terrible. I can never make it to this post office during the week. It opens and closes while Im at work...the Lake Hiawatha Post office if open until 6:30PM!!!! The town is smaller and gets better service than its larger counterpart Parsippany. We seriously need this Post office to stay open later.

"The post office attempted to deliver your UPS SurePost® package and left a delivery notice with instructions." 3 things I didnt find at my door today. My mailman, my $500 Gift Card or the alleged delivery notice with instructions. Glad I sat here waiting for it.

Terrible experience....... Worker answered the phone and was a jerk, all I wanted to know where my package would be, but all the man kept saying was no. Didnt help at all. Next time I know to use ups or FedEx.

Your standard post office. Nothing too fancy. I like this location because they have a lot of different collectible/limited edition stamps to really personalize your mail! Staff is also helpful.

Do not pick up mail in drop box at Rutgers Village. I have bills that are now late because they have been sitting in the mailbox for weeks.
