How do you mark a package, (attempted delivery no secure location)when youre the one thats supposed to take the keys from the parcel lockers and put the packages inside them? Then you marked a package from the previous day, left on doorstep/porch and its sitting inside an unsercured locker? Isnt it YOUR job to take the keys from the parcel lockers and put them in the appropriate mailbox for people who have packages delivered that day? If there are no parcel lockers available, youre supposed to leave it on the porch, if no signature is required. The absolute worst post office Ive ever had to deal with. There are some days NOONE delivers the mail and Im tired of getting my neighbors mail. I try my hardest to avoid having usps deliver anything I order online, due to my experiences with this post office.

The blank reviews are clearly filler. I recieved a certified mail that I rescheduled online. I stayed home all day long to wait for the re-delivery and it never showed up. I took a day off of work. A DAY OFF OF WORK. These guys have only 1 job. Deliver the mail. Why when I went through the proper process to have this item re-delivered did it not show up? No notice of non-delivery, no effort to deliver at all. This is ridiculous. Somebody needs to be replaced here. It looks like Jonathan D. Ungerleider has had this job way too long and does not really care about the service at this office. Way too many complaints on this site. Time to start hiring!!!

UPS transferred my package to the post office on Wednesday at 11:03AM. Now 4 days later the status has not changed and no delivery has been made. I contacted UPS to request confirmation of the transfer and received verification in 2 hours. My shipper contacted USPS and was told it would take 14 days to get a response. This is ridiculous and unfortunately not the first time USPS has suddenly lost a scheduled delivery. I wish merchants would wise up and avoid using the USPS for delivery.

trying to call or speak ENGLISH with these so-called workers of the government is worse than anything I ever experienced! they simply CANNOT read the names of the streets, constantly mixing up street names and house numbers. who hires these people????? the US POST OFFICE has to be revamped immediately. too many bad feeling for the lazy people that are hired. do they ever answer the phone? they never, ever call back like the robot voice says they will.

Well my dog was hanging out happily on my lawn when public service employee Kathy Cohen decided she would recklessly spray pepper spray on my property which caused her a great deal of pain and soaked pepper spray into my skin as well as my brothers. This discharge of pepper spray was within feet of my brothers girlfriend who was watching the dog. Horrible quality of personell. I guess this is why everyone uses UPS and FedEx

My package was delivered to this post office and since I wouldnt be home when the package was supposed to be delivered, I went to pick it up. When I approached the clerk, She was miserable and didnt bother to say hello or anything. She refused to let me pick up my package despite my tracking number and the tracking notifications. The service is so bad Which is why I will never bother to go in there again.

Shouldnt even give them one star ! They are beyond lazy and dont want to deliever your mail do they send it back to the orginal sender !!! Ive been living at my address for 3 months now and have so many important documents being mailed to me but so at I have been getting piece by piece in my mail box but the text is being returned back to the original sender ? Foh lazy ass people

The mailman/mailwoman that delivers to our apartment community Mi-Place in Mount Holly, just throws any mail in our building in any mailbox. Everyone gets other peoples mail. And its not one or two items, its whole batches of mail. Someone needs to help the mail sorter or something. They also mark packages delivered when they are actually not delivered.

Got a card for certified mail in my mailbox, but I was home the entire time. When I went to the post office to pick it up, they couldnt find it. I tried to call to see if they finally found it, and the phone number is constantly busy. Tried calling for 2-3 hours at 10 minute increments. Someone needs to lose their job.

Literally the last time I will ever go to a USPS store. I asked for a single piece of tape and they wouldnt give it to me. I bought an envelope and a box from them, yet they wouldnt give me a single piece of tape. Horrible horrible service and terrible customer relations. UPS store is the way to go!

Overtime i get a delivery from these guys, the just dont knock on the door or ring the bell. they just go away with your package. This is the 3rd time that happened . Here says it was left in the mailbox, but mailbox was empty, with key on it and NO PACKAGE inside. USPS is the worst.Lazy people

THEY LOST MY ORDER THAT I SHIPPED! I sell things via shipping & the USPS at Mount Laurel lost it & told me oh well nothing they can do about it. I lost money on the item itself +shipping costs. USPS lost my package. Also the people behind the counters have very terrible attitudes.

Fix your phone!!!! The line is constantly busy. I have a package there that needs to be routed to me, its been looping at your facility for a week and no one can get a hold of you. Not even my local post office.

Front desk employees are good. But I dont know how the sorting employees work here. I intercepted a package, it came to facility but the sent it back any way. So much negligence it seems.

When our regular carrier is off, we do not get mail delivery service, mail is extremely late, and/or dated mail never arrives. I complain and nothing every changes.

Lines can get long, but they work quicker than most post offices. They have self service stations to mail yourself and Ive never had to wait for those.
