The ladies working at the counter are very rude. My dad had passed away and I wanted to ask about changing his address to my address, but I only had his death certificate with me, and my name was listed on there, but he didnt have a will. The one lady told me "sorry, you cant get his mail or change his address, theres no will, no one says youre in charge" I tried explaining that Im his daughter and my name is on the death certificate. She said "nope sorry, he couldve had 5 kids who says youre in charge". I was already extremely upset due to losing my dad, so I just grabbed the death certificate out of her hand and walked out in tears. I called the post master, hopefully he addressed the situation. I understand if they needed additional documentation to make the change but I didnt deserve to be spoken to and treated that way.

Ive used the Marlton NJ post office for the past 20 years. always friendly, kind, professional staff. When my yellow lab wandered lost into the post office yard, Paul, one of the US Postal workers caught him, called me to come & get him & returned him to me with a lot of sincere love. Ive sent thousands of holiday cards & packages around the US & the world. all always arrived safely. Kudos & these guys are the best with the most convenient hrs. :) Thank you Marlton USPS staff!! :)

Woman was very rude. She told me I had the wrong label to send out the package, I was returning something to a store. I told her that was the only label they had sent me. She proceeding to keep telling me no they sent me other papers when they didnt. She was very nasty about and I wont be returning to that post office. Id rather drive 30 minutes to my old post office where they were always friendly and helpful.

I use this Post Office at least once a week and Ive never had a bad experience there. Im actually really surprised to see the negative reviews some people have left. The workers are always very nice. Even when someone came in and was being extremely unreasonable and irate, they remained professional and courteous.

Terrible experience!!! The older women at the front counter was so rude to everyone that got into her line!!! I also heard her tell a fellow employee to "shut up"!!!! This is not a very nice environment to be around I will never give them my business again!

Great post office, friendly staff. Getting in and out of the lot can be tricky when traffic on Main Street is heavy.
