Tom has been our mailman for 12 years. Having parents who are BOTH retired postal workers, I can tell you that Tom is what the USPS needs more of in the way of PR and customer service. Some younger fill in carriers are worth honorable mention too (Brad and my sister friends who are usually behind the desk and send out all my medical insurance appeals v. HBCBS for me). Overall, a pleasant bunch, and MUCH better than many a post office in NJ (dont get me started on north jersey locals who REGULARLY loose mail pieces.)

We came at 1:30 PM and it was CLOSED! Google told us that it was open till 2:30 PM. When we used the self-service kiosk to print 20 stamps, only 10 came out. We tried knocking on the door and ringing the bell for help, but the lady said "You should have came when we were open." Never going to this post office again. Horrible customer service.

Horrible!!! They are extremely slow! I was supposed to have a lock for my new mailbox yesterday. I went in person to check the status and they told me it wasnt paid for. Good thing I had my receipt with me. Now I have to wait another day or two while my mail is sitting in the mailbox due to them marking it as unpaid ugh!

Worst post office! I have no idea what they do with mail there. My sons bday invites took 6 days to go to 1 town over & even still 3 weeks later people havent gotten them. They are rude and unhelpful when you ask them questions. The one employee told me to resend all 50 invites to be on the safe side!!!

Literally the worst post office I have ever experienced. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy. Ignorant. I would fire every employee if I was their boss. A long line to the door and No one acknowledging we were all waiting. One employee told customer to move back to line because they "needed to have their lunch". A joke.

Always have gotten great service at this post office over the past 30 years that we have had our dental practice here and wish they would move the post office back to its original location on White Horse Rd, which is where our dental office is located. Also our mailman Brad is absolutely the best!!!!!!

Workers are deliberately slow. They chat incessantly with each customer as they work, while the line wraps around the store. I am grateful that a stamp machine has been installed here so that I can avoid the line as much as possible.

Poor service.. Every time you get a parcel, package, there is a high possibility that its not found in the mail box or at your door. You have to call and look for it..... has happened multiple times! Very unprofessional.

Zero efficiency when calling in - put on hold for over 10 minutes, hung up, called back, no answer. You can barely get your name out before they throw you on hold and never come back. Very rudely at that.

It is virtually impossible to get anyone to answer the phone.Secondly, the mail forwarding which I personally handed to the carrier was botched and I havent received mail for 5 weeks with no recourse.
