The mail delivery decides if and when they will deliver my mail. I rarely get my mail on Saturdays. And most of my magazines are late and mangled. I was waiting for an important letter from my attorney and Im still waiting. Most (not all) of the window employees are snotty and act like you are bothering them when you come in. There are a couple who are very helpful. I realize that they work long hours, but they also get paid very well. I will take their job if they dont want it. Im so tired of people being absolutely miserable doing their job when so many people dont have a great paying job like this. They should be greatful that they have a job when so many cant even find one.

Rude service, awful employees, the store is filthy! It smelled like feces. The employees didnt provide any information on how to get my package. Just rudely said no to my question. Would I come back? No, this is the second time Ive come in and received terrible service. Advice? Retrain or hire new employees, train them how to actually keep the inside clean and not smell like fecal matter, and ensure customer satisfaction instead of just saying no.

Ughhh..... My mail goes to my neighbors and every day I get someone elses mail. Whenever I have picked up a package to read the address in it, its clearly marked. Which only indicates that the employees just dont care as they do not pay any attention to what they are doing. Seriously, how do you confuse or mistake 86 with 103???

One of the worst post offices I have evr been in. Long wait, rude clerks. Dirty. And try and get them to answer the phone. No wonder they are struggling.
