This is the worst Post office I had to deal with. I ordered a package from Amazon, and I put the store name where I work and they still not delivering my package, I called this office and he said called the delivery place and they do not answer or no answer machine nothing. Keep ringing and ringing. How dumb is this mailman cant see the store name, its a big store with big name display. Smfh.. They cant even hold my package for me at this post office, all he said was to open up a case a they have to call me back which I already did two days ago. No wonder why this place got such a bad review.

Waited over an hour for my scheduled passport appointment. Was told by a postal employee do you mind waiting....the line is long. I said , "sure" then he said 20 min later just a little more....... 1 hr went by, I got fed up and complained. There were three employees in there, the one man apologized when I explained what happened. Very slow service, I think the Federal government should really see who they have employed because the service is just getting slower and slower. I had plenty of patience, but was taken advantage for too long.

Called the post office to see what happened to 2 letters I mailed one to Pa. and one I mailed to De. 12 days ago neither have been received yet. The employee told me without a tracking number there was not much he could do for me. Another broke and inefficient Govt. agency thank God for the internet. How does everyone else feel. .

Mailed a letter beginning of last week for a bill. Should have arrived within 2 business days to Union, NJ. My payment was never received and has not been returned to me. With no tracking # I am unfortunately left wondering where my payment went and now need to pay to have a check void.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. Its a shame their hours are so limited. The line is always moving, it only gets long when people come unprepared or fight about pricing.
