Went to ship a return order. I didnt have tape for it and the old lady told me they cant tape my shipping label to the package themselves and I have to go buy my own tape. I already wasted 10 minutes waiting in line and had to run for my train afterwards and didnt end up shipping my package here. I stopped at a USPS in Newark later that day and the person there literally gave me a shipping label tape for free and that was it. Seriously, whatever old lady that was there wasted my time just because she didnt want to move from her spot. It wasnt even busy.

I was taking out my recycling with my 4.5 pound long hair Chihuahua who is a therapy animal and is literally the sweetest dog in the world, she is trained to comfort people and was originally a rescue. This disgusting man aimed his pepper spray at her while she was several feet away from her. He was about to spray her until i screamed at him, "What the hell do you think you are doing?" And he replied, " I dont do dogs" . There was no threat and he was ready to kill my dog and spray me in the same instance. I will be making a formal complaint to the state!

Rude employee and horrible experience. The male employee who works the service register during the afternoon is unpleasant, crude and Im shocked he still has a job there. Unwilling to answer questions and gave the run a round on direct questions. Presented a strong attitude as if I was bothering him with my questions. I will never return to the this post office and will ship via other methods from now on. Im appealed at the service I received.

First time I walk in, theres a lady right there hollerin "How you doin sweety. Very friendly staff, I havent really had a positive or a negative experience at any USPS but this one was definitely a positive one! Very time efficient as well.
