I hate the fact that I live in this zip code and have to deal with this post office. My mail delivery is always messed up. Ive lived in my current place for over two years. I have told the post office repeatedly to stop delivering mail from previous residents and not a week goes by that I still revenge someone elses mail. Ive had a letter from my mother, with a perfectly correct and current address, returned to her stating no one lives at my address. And now today, I was expecting an Amazon delivery. It wasnt important that I needed it today but I was home and able to receive it. I just got notification for an attempted delivery. I have been home. No one knocked. No one rang the buzzer. There was no attempt made yet Amazon has been told there was. I have never dealt with a more dysfunctional post office of the five towns I have resided. Complete incompetence.

This post office has an angel working there and his name is Matt. Matt is so personable and helpful. He exceeded my expectations when I went to apply for my daughters passports (1 and 3 years old). This branch offers photos taken on site and I decided to take a risk and attempt to complete the application at once. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Matt and reassured that this transaction would be easy. I was very skeptical knowing my daughters short attention span and was prepared to go back another day if they would act up. Matt took the pictures in no time and inspected my application in no time. We were out in less than 10 minutes and with smiling toddlers. Thank you Matt for being our guardian angel today.

I sell on eBay, so I need to stop by the Post Office a lot for supplies or to send things out. Ive visited nearly every Post Office within a 10 mile radius at some point in the last year or so, I can say confidently that this is one of the best in the area. The staff, the onsite services, even the constantly stocked shipping supplies (this Office keeps the most Priority Mail boxes on hand that Ive ever seen), everything is just top notch. Ive often gone out of my way, passing multiple other Post Offices, just to use this one.

Cindy is the best! When I realized that a certified letter I had mailed earlier in the day did not have the proper documentation attached to it, I called the post office. Without hesitation, Cindy went through a mailbox containing hundreds of pieces of mail to retrieve my particular letter and assure the the appropriate attachments were in place. I will go out of my way to use this Post Office! My thanks to Cindy!

Jim Columbo is the worst manager there on the face of the planet. I would recommend going to a different post office or UPS or FedEx even if you can. He does not care about the businesses on his customers routes and couldnt give 2 shits about helping out the clientele. I will begin to use UPS and FedEx much more for the lack of care and overall laziness that this manager has shown me...

I had to get my passport processed here. Matt, the postal worker in this faculty was more than accommodating. He really knew what he was talking about and was very nice. He thanked me for coming here to get it processed and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. If you need to get your passport processed come here. They also do photographs for your passport.

Went to go and get a passport taken care of. Matt helped us out and was the most personable energetic friendly and efficient person Ive met i my life. He worked very fast. I aspire to be like him when Im older he said he never worked a day because he loves his job so much. Hes been there 29+ years.

Needed a passport and went here for the application. Matt was fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. Waited in line for only about 5-6 minutes and then the photo, passport process was completed by Matt within 10 minutes and I was done and out. Very impressed!
