I went in on a Sunday when they were supposed to be open another 2 hours. Two hairdressers there. Place was empty. I wanted a wash, cut and blown out. They looked disappointed because I guess they wanted to close early. The women then proceeded to argue back and forth about who was going to do my hair. Very rude and unprofessional. I left feeling very uncomfortable. I live down the street. I tip my hair stylist very very well. They just lost out on good business and a loyal customer. This place either needs to be shut down or replace all employees and owner. If thats what they do in front of customers, who knows what happens when no one is looking.

On my first visit, my haircut was absolutely terrible. I do not remember the name of the stylist but she was in a hurry and she just butchered my hair. I had to go there again next month as I was traveling that day and it is the closest place to my house. This time my stylist was Giselle and she did a fantastic job. She takes her time and makes sure that you get the perfect haircut. And the best part -> $14 haircut with a hot towel treatment in the end. You cannot go wrong for this price. And if you are fussy about your hair (like me) or would like to get a stylish fade, be sure to ask for Giselle!!

I came in after 5pm. I got a latina name Giselle Mora. She was so gentle on my head for my wash and blowout. Other salons I have tried in past pull your hair really harshly. Giselle is a great stylish. Get your service from here youll leave very happy. The place looks clean. FYI they have retail PARKING in the hotel next door the Element. In the corner of five guys burger make a right and you see the parking entrance. Kind of hidden but good. Save your receipt and you wont pay for parking.

If i can give 100 stars i absolutely would! Went for a haircut and style and I had a stylist by the name of Natalie assist me. She was very kind and had great knowledge on hair and gave me awesome tips on how to treat my hair at home. My hair has never been so healthy and has been growing ever since. Natalie was the best stylist i have ever had definitely will be going back to her.
