The one in Kearny is awful ... they are inexperienced and for them to do a permanent white and pink powder gel...it took TWO AND A HALF HOURS! I didnt think I would spend my entire morning there... while I was there, I saw the guy hair stylist perform miracles...hes awesome.. so i decided to take my aunt to get her hair done today .. she has super short hair.. I thought it was odd she was suppose to wait an hour with the hair dye on .. but what do I know, Im no hair stylist, I dye my hair at home and it takes 20 min.. well.. the dye was fine but it took 2 hrs total.. and I had to go drop my aunt off at home and pick up my kid from school, so i told the guy to just use the dryer to dry her hair, not to bother styling it .. the owner stopped him and said that if i wanted it dryed that my aunt would have to go under the drying machine thing.. making a huge deal about him using the actual blow dryer that would take 5 min to dry.. she wanted my aunt there for 30 min under that machine.. I told her she lost my business there.. I wouldnt go back there again, the stylist is great, the owner is crappy with no sense of customer service and the nail techs are inexperienced .. I can get better nail quality in 45 min than spend 2 1/2 hrs and not like them at all. Dont recommend at all.

I really love how they do my eyebrows here...but not everyone. I only like 2 ladies; one seems to be the owner and the other is young and pretty. Only them two are good. There is another older lady who is not good and does not know how to work my eyebrows (they are thick). I feel that you are not given a chance to say which threader you want, they kind of push her towards you which makes me very uncomfotable to say no, i want the other person because I end up feeling bad, agree to have her thread me and then leave totally unhappy. i have even considered not going to this salon anymore just because of this but its hard to find threaders around that area. So I guess im gonna have to be a B the next time and just tell her no, I want someone else.

The people are nice. They attend to you promptly but enquire about their services in detail before you go. I only came here once and I was not happy. I went for hair oil treatment service. Every parlor I go to always include washing and drying your hair in the service. Over here, they charge you extra for washing and another extra amount for drying your hair. It costs 32$ just to dry you hair. You must be insane. I would just like to say that after applying oil to the hair people will want to wash and dry their hair. So please include all this at a reasonable rate.

I have been a customer since November of 2014. The nail salon is always kept cleaned and immaculate. I was skeptical of the gel manicure process, but I will admit that these wonderful manicurist have won me over. A gel manicure is suppose to last up until 2 weeks. I have gone as far as 3 weeks and it still looks great. Kudos to the ladies at Zizi in Harrison, NJ. .You all are rock stars!!! XOXO

Management is not good. Although Mimi is a great stylist but the way the owners manage their business and left a bad taste in my mouth. I had asked them for specific prices on the haircuts that I was getting for my family. They upped it after the hair was done and then denied having given those prices to begin with. Im not going back there again. Ill have to find another good stylist.

Horrible experience as went to get hair styled n the greedy unprofessional manager quoted an upscale stylist charge n I changed it to simple curls n stylist said 30$ n the manager at payment started shouting sayin that how would the know what to charge n charged 65$ n was very very rude n unprofessional n totally dishonest ..would give zero star n never recommend..

Great job by the hair dresser. Worse management ever. My husband made an appointment for him and myself. I got my hair cut first and then they wouldnt cut my husband because the owners family showed up after us and wanted their hair done for a party. Also started yelling at the girl for blow drying my hair. Take care of paying customers. I will never go back.

This has been my go to place for eyebrows and haircut for over seven years now. Pratibha is the best person to get your eyebrows done. I have always received lot of compliments on my eyebrows when she does it. I highly recommend this place. Mimi always gave me the best haircut. She really knows what she is doing.

My wife had a horrible experience here. The management and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They dont honor the prices on their website and overcharge you for a mediocre job. The staff and management fight amongst themselves and treat customers like crap. Stay away from this place.

I went for color, cut and blow dry. I highly recommend this salon. The place was clean and my stylist Karla was very professional . I gave the pic of the cut I wanted and she did it to perfection. Cant wait to return

Wash , Cut , Blow dry and Eye Brows. loved it and I am one that is hard to please. My Hair looks Fab. and My 16 Yr, old Said "Mom you look younger then me." I recommend to every one.
