Game Over

The guys are no doubt good at what they do and prices are reasonable when compared to the results, but the reason I left my last barber was because he was so disorganized. The guys here can also be, they dont really schedule appointments and you can find yourself waiting for 2 hours and any additional time can be from the miscommunication among them. I would give them four stars for just that but there have been several times where they close early unexpectedly. On two different occasions I have also shown up in the morning and had no one at the store for the first 30 min or so of their "open" hours. Their store hours change, your wait time changes, and your schedule can be thrown off. The one thing that is consistant is the quality of their haircuts and their good personalities. If only they scheduled appointments strictly, informed everyone online of their store hours, and mindful of time.

Went with my 1 year old son twice. The first time, he was excellent, and the barber did a great job on his hair. My son didnt cry, fidget, etc. during the whole experience. The music was way too loud, but other than that, no complaints. Fast forward to six weeks later, my sons hair was rather long again, so I brought him in. No one waiting, two barbers talking and hanging out. I sat down with my son, waiting to be asked to the chair. The same barber who cut his hair the first time asked if the haircut was for me or my son. When I said my son, he told me he had no time for him. I was shocked. I asked why not, he just repeated that he was too busy and had no time. We left the blaring music and rude, lazy workers to their Saturday morning. This place is empty quite often, and now I can see why. I will take my son and my business elsewhere from now on, and I suggest the same to others.

I felt discriminated in this salon. Walked in and patiently waited for my turn to get my hair cut, then when an opening was evident; I was told by the supposed barber that hes literally closed for the day. But while I waited for the next barber to finish and cut my hair, a customer came in and the barber that claims hes closed started cutting this new guys hair that just walked in. VERY SAD!

Luis is my barber there for the past year, he cuts my 2 year old son as well every 2 weeks. Works more with appointment, is very organized and accommodates me according to store hours. Ever since i found this shop i wouldnt go any where else. Two thumbs up.
