I took my dogs here for grooming for over 2 years and they are awful with scheduling and being time efficient. There is only one groomer and they overbook themselves constantly. One time, I was called an hour after dropping my dog off, to see if i could come pick her up and bring her a different day because they had 2 other dogs that had just showed up and were in "bad shape" so theyd be short on time. So unprofessional!!! Most recently, they kept my anxious Newfoundland there for over 8 hours to be groomed w no explanation as to why it took that long besides the fact that shes a "big dog" that takes time. I have been to other groomers that have done just as nice of a grooming job, but have been much more organized and courteous, remaining time efficient and sensitive to my dogs needs. When I called to express my concerns the next day, the manager Robin was short with me and outright dismissive to everything I had to say. She was not genuinely apologetic and said or did nothing to make me want to consider returning to them. No offer of compensation of any type was given! Id never go back here again and wonder what my poor, anxious dog was doing there for over 8 hours since the actual grooming is less than half that time. Stick w facilities that have time frames and put your pets needs first!!!

Weve been taking our four-legged friend to Dog Days for more than 3 years now, and would recommend it to ANYBODY! We drop him off at the Ruff House before work, and when we pick him up that evening he is worn out for 2 days. Quite a feat for our high-energy doggie. The staff are all so wonderful, and because of the pre-screening process, we have no worries that anything will happen from another dog. Weve also used the boarding services for many weekends away. If you dont like the idea of leaving your dog in a kennel for a weekend, then Dog Days is right for you.

Ive been taking my dog here since 2008 and have never had a problem or a worry. In fact my dog loves the place! She is somewhat shy with other dogs, but weekly visits to Dog Days has helped her socialization. The staff are loving and understand dogs, and the environment is completely dog-friendly. When I leave my dog for an overnight I have no worries at all. The screening process also ensures that the dogs will get along with one another. I highly recommend Dog Days! From Janet, Nov. 9, 2011

This place is wonderful! I would recommend it to everybody. The staff and owner are very loving, I know Im leaving my dog in great care. They only have non aggressive dogs so you can be sure you wont have any bullying. There is a screening process before getting your dog in. The facility is large and clean. Its like a real doggy house. They even have a doggy taxi! Very convenient. My dog loves this place!

They treat my two dogs like family! They have a blast running around - and a tired dog is a good dog! And I wouldnt go any place else for boarding. There is such peace of mind in the fact that someone is with them 24/7 and that theyre not just thrown in a long dog run and left alone. Two (four?) paws up!

Staff and owner are in general responsible but my dog has been bit twice while in their care as well as ripped by a rusty nail loose on the ground. We have done all the training as asked by the owners and and I recommend caution before placing your dog in their care.

I would never take my dog to any other dog daycare! Robin the owner and her staff are the most fabulous, caring, loving group of people that I have ever met. Your animals will be treated with the kindest of care. I promise you wont be disappointed!!!!!! A+++++++

We love this place! My dogs are always well cared for , and the owners are very loving. My dogs look forward to going thee to play , and there is always plenty of staff to care and watch over them all . Wish them continued success!

This is like Disney World for Dogs (the happiest place on earth). As soon as I turn onto Roycefied Road my dog knows where she is going and I can tell she is looking forward to her day.
