We LOVE The Learning Experience. My son has been attending TLE since he was just over three months old. He is now almost two! He comes home talking about his teachers, singing songs, pointing out shapes and colors, making animal sounds, and reciting books we read together at home because theyd been read to him at school. It is clear that he loves to go to school, learns his fundamentals, and is well cared for. When he plays with his toy phone at home, he calls his teachers, and when we pass the center on non-school days, he says his teachers name! The teachers are great and clearly LOVE the children. They are there because they want to be there. Not every child will click with every teacher, and that is to be expected. But, every staff member seems to know my sons name and always greets him with a smile, high five, or hug. My son leaves each day smiling, unless I pick him up early, and then hes mad because he doesnt want to leave. The director and owner have been very accommodating to our family. During the past year, I have had some health concerns, and they allowed me to take my son out of the program for a few months and reenter without a fee. Ultimately, I ended up changing to a part-time job, and changing my son to a part-time program was not a problem. The days he attends are not always consistent, and again, the director, owner, and teachers are flexible in meeting our needs. Only one time did I have a minor concern in the center, but I spoke with the head teacher in the classroom, and she immediately accompanied me to the owners office. The issue was addressed promptly and respectfully. No other problems, but I am confident that if I have a concern it will be resolved appropriately.

Ive had both of my sons enrolled there since they were 10 weeks old. My now Twaddler had made some really good friends and has been advancing nicely in all aspects. I went to visit my family over Labor day weekend, and they were all impressed with how well he articulated his words, the songs he knew, games he would and could play, etc... My 2 year old will actually ask to go to "school" on weekends! Im glad he looks forward to going because it helps reinforce to me that hes happy there. I do enjoy myself conversing with various teachers and parents. If there ever any issues, you can always go to either the teacher, director or owner and they will address it right away. I also like that they will contact me when they believe they may have spotted something I should be made aware of (such as a newly developed rash on my 6 month old). Its good to know the teachers care and try to make every day a fun learning environment.

If you are looking for a great daycare, pre-school or kindergarten program for your child, The Learning Experience is a great place for your child to attend. This is my childs 3rd year @ the school and he absolutely loves it and they love him!! The staff is great and I feel they truly care about each individual child along with their families. The school has a lot to offer with the level of education your child will receive, fun activities, contests, friendly staff, etc. The one thing I love the most about this school is there is very little turn-over with the staff - same smiling faces year after year!!

When my daughter was 1 years old I started looking into different day care centers, the only 1 that REALLY made an impact on my decision was the learning experience!!!! the curriculum is phenemonal, from Manderin Chinese language, to leap, to make believe boulevard Im so impressed!!! The learning experience has been an awesome impact on Mayas life!!! A big shout out to Ms. Natasha for being Mayas preschool teacher and now director!! way to go Ms. Natasha!!

I chose this center because of its outward appearance for cleanliness. To my surprise, they did everything but take good care of my child. Mostly due to their lack to hire people with or wanting to further their career in education. My recommendation - when choosing a daycare facility, find out about the owner. If their background is not in childcare, then they are there just for the business.

Our daughter has attended TLE in Jackson for a couple years now and were happy with the staff and facility. Although there have a been a couple bumps in the road (like every place) we couldnt be happier by her tremendous progress here. We were looking for a safe, clean, responsible, caring and education place for our daughter to grow and she has thrived in the TLE environment ever since!

My family has been with The Learning Experience in Jackson for 4 years - since my son was 6 months old. The teachers and front desk staff go above and beyond with the kids and my son is excelling beyond kindergarten levels in his first few months in PreSchool 3. Great place!
