First, upon entering the store I noticed how disorganized and messy the store was with all kinds if items strewn all over the floor. Second, I asked for some tape to seal up the box I was sending and to adhere the shipping label. The associate told me I would have to pay $3.00 for tape. So, I handed him my debit card only to be told that they would not accept a debit card for any purchase less than $5.00. The manager came out and gave me some explanation as to the extraordinary business expense that giving tape as a courtesy entails. After more attitude from him, he grudgingly have me some tape "just this one". This was my first and last time to do business with the Hillsborough location.

The staff takes the time to understand your needs and provides attention to detail with all of their work from start to finish. No matter if the job I have is large or small, I have no doubt that they will exceed my expectations!

Their competitor in the neighboring shopping plaza (Mailbox Business Center) is much better. Twice at this location Ive dealt with surly employees who acted as if my visit to their store was an annoyance. Ill take a surly attitude at the DMV but not from a 20-something college kid at the UPS store. No thanks - within 1/4 mile theres another shipping center as well as a post office.

I had a package that needed some tape. I asked if they minded taping it up. The response was "Yes". Although I understand this is a cost to the store the good will brings in repeat business. I generally think the UPS is a good organization so this is a shame.

Very poor customer service. The manager is very rude and not willing to help. These guys charge you for every little thing and make you pay money even if they make a mistake. Terrible experience! If I could give a negative review I would!

Very poor service. They charge you for every little thing. If their printer messes it up, you have to pay for it again! The workers there are not willing to help. Overall very poor experience.
