never have i ever dealt with a group of unsympathetic people in my life. I made an order with overnight shipping and paid 20$ extra. It took 2 days and when i called ahead to pick it up from bristol i was guaranteed it would be there it would be an hour ride total for me to pick it up. i called before i left because online it had already said it was traveling with the driver. Once again i was told i would be fine to pick it up, i asked them to double check. Then he said oh Im sorry the driver actually has it. After speaking with 2 managers and crying to one of them,they did nothing to comfort me, the customer, and provided bad service after learning the importance of my package.

waiting three days for a package to be delivered. First day call tag was left on mailbox at top of road, Driver said could not deliver because of weather. There was no weather but cold Second day no delivery, call tag was on front door. said road was snow covered. Ups delivered that day, my contractor was here and my house cleaners, No problem Now third day, said would be here between1:30-2>15 it is now three thirty and after two calls, one disconnected it is still not here. Extremely poor service. will never use them again

Paid extra to schedule a delivery between 5pm and 8pm today, no package. Called the 800 number and they told me the driver already returned to the facility. Got a call back from Ray, I think he said, at Bristol. My package supposedly was put "in the can" and is going back to the airport. Makes sense, Ray. Send packages you dont deliver 30 miles away so you can try again tomorrow. I offered to pick it up. Bottom line, they have no idea where my package is.

I regularly visit this location every day to pick up packages for work. Everybody I deal with at this location is very friendly and professional and has excellent customer service. Any bad reviews on here are simply misinformed customers who place blame wrongly on employees for issues completely out of their control.

This local FedEx is fine but try to contact the 800 number is worthless. When you call the 800 number you get caught in a circle with the electronic voice and can not get out of it. I finally just pressing 0 many times to get through to a live person.

Love this place. If Im ever late with my FedEx guy I could just bring my packages here and they will ship them out for me no problem. Its not a restaurant, people, its a FedEx Ship Center.

It needs serious renovation. The room is quite small, not even big enough to hold the whole queue. The automatic sliding door kept sliding because the queue was so close to it.
