I was expecting a package from FedEx that I had to sign for, so I had to make sure I was at my address all day so that I can sign for the package. The driver shows up late afternoon and does not even bother to get out of the truck to deliver the package, then backs out of my driveway and leaves. Then 30 minutes later, the driver wrote on the tracking information that I was not home to sign for the package. Myself and someone else were at the address all day, and I also have 3 CCTV cameras on my driveway, and the lazy driver marks down I was not home all because he assumed nobody would be here because it is a signed for package upon delivery. This is not the first time, nor even the second time I have encountered this type of incident with a lazy Fed Ex driver. Trying to make their life easier, by lieing to their supervisor and say nobody was home to sign for the package. This driver is caught in the act being lazy and dishonest, CCTV cameras tell all.

Yet another "great service" by FedEx and their Branchburg location: the package was an "Express Saver" and scheduled for delivery on May 4. However, the package got in at Branchburg on May 2nd and the FedEx decides "Package not due for delivery" and it left it at the Branchburg location. They sure seem to want to make you pay higher delivery costs by holding up delivery until the "due" date. Today, the May 3rd, its the the same "Package not due for delivery." Next time its the UPS, they do not hold up the delivery to punish customers!

When they finally figured out where my letter was, it was still on the truck even after the final attempt delivery was made. So when I tried to pick it up, I was asked to wait until the MIA driver got back to the warehouse. I waited 20 minutes past the time he "signed off", whatever that means. I still have no letter and not sure when I can go all the way back out there to pick it up. This warehouse couldnt be further out of my way if they tried. Thanks for holding my letter hostage FedEx.

I waited for the delivery and then noticed the tag on my door. They didnt even try to ring the doorbell !!! Now I have to wait 2 days for it to be delivered to a holding location. The information the 800 representative gave me is a combination of the Raritan location and the Branchburg location. When I called back to verify exactly where it will go, I was transferred to 3 different people. No one could give me a straight answer and then I was disconnected. Beyond frustrated!!!!

Very Bad Experience. FedEx person never tried to deliver the package. I was waiting at my home whole day..They didnot ring the bell or left any tag..and online status shows that they tried to attempt to deliver but customer not available, which is entirely false. Called customer service and they kept transferring to each other....Now I will need to go to their branch which is 22 miles from my location one-way. Very Bad Experience

The delivery guys, dont even ring the bell, to let someone know they are there. Just because I am the last stop, is not fare the I get skip just because they want to get back on time, today is friday, now wont get my package until monday.. Not fare at all. Ps, I am the superintendet of this property and I see that happening all the time. Branchburg nj drivers, are no good. 42 Berry st In somerset nj.08873

The employees ignored me for a few minutes even though I was the only one in the room, and when I handed them the door tag that was left, even though my wife was home, they gave me an attitude because the package was addressed to my wife. How I would have known that I can not tell you since there was no information on the door tag.

Lazy drivers. I had one say I wasnt home even though I heard the truck and was right in the living room. I thought he was coming to the door and by the time I got to it he left. He also said no one was home. I immediately called customer service and they called his boss who made him turn right around and deliver my package.

Another Lazy FEDEX driver from BRANCHBURG, NJ, I was waiting for the pkg at home, when I checked the status online it says rescheduled the delivery due to an exception that customer is not available at home. lazy guy didnt even leave the door tag.

NIGHTMARE- One word sums up my experience with FedEx. Worse than dealing with the USPS and DMV. Ship with UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
