I wouldnt ship anything important internationally here. Been there before for normal packages being sent in U.S. and service was fine. But I went to send some important documents to another country the other day, and they said they didnt have enough space to type in the whole address (which was not that long to begin with) so I had to pick and choose what I wanted to include in the address (thats not how addresses work). It ended up formatted weirdly with parts of address moved around, and the woman was trying to rush me through it to get shipment out on time. I came in with only 5 minutes to close so I understand her annoyance...Ive worked retail and understand frustration with stragglers. But if they could have put the address correctly in the system, it wouldnt have taken 15 mins to get it ready to go. The address still wasnt quite right in the end, so hopefully it reaches destination. Im not criticizing the customer service so much as the limitation on address length, though. Not sure if its just this location, or a FedEx problem in general.

Absolutely terrible. Got hasseled and the run around about getting my Last package. Then this package they drop off 300 feet from my house and 10 feet from the street during the holiday when people steal packages. Completely unhappy and disappointed

Great place to ship your packages. Friendly staff who dont ask inane questions or make ludicrous demands about simply shipping an item. They just scan my packages and hand me a receipt. Exactly like a shipping center should.

Excellent service all the kit you need for packaging and whats best is that you know its going to go. ASAP. and yes really open till 3 pm on Saturdays. Well marked good parking.

Their idea of attempting a delivery was leaving a tag on the door without knocking and driving away while I tried to waive the driver down, so glad I paid for 2-day shipping.

They have a good self service kiosk. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. I rely on them for sending/receiving any important mail.

EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR FED EX!!! PAYED FOR QUICK SERVICE AND IT TOOK TWICE AS LONG TO GET THERE.
