I Left a large prepaid package there thinking I put the correct sticker on the box, I didnt! God knows were this box would of ended up.. I had a bad feeling when I left it, knowing in the back of my mind I should of waited for a receipt. I called the UPS store at 6:25 (they close at 6:30) she was sooo sweet and went out of her way and called the UPS driver to tell him to bring the box back to her store and waited for him to bring my box back!! I though wow! that was so nice she got the driver to bring the box back. Mind you I was returning a $4000.00 handbag that would of been lost. She went out of her way to help me and save me 4000 bucks because the box would of been lost, opened and stolen. I know how UPS packages that have nowhere to go work. I recommend this UPS store to anyone who wants personal care and they will go out of their way to make sure your happy and I cant say enough good things about this store in Lumberton!

The woman with red hair and the glasses has a nasty attitude, she had the nerve to tell me I was wasting her time by having her wrap an item for me. If wrapping a item for a customer is too much for her too handle, she should work elsewhere.. Because of her I will NEVER use UPS again in my life.. Ive never been treated this way in a Fed ex store.

The folks at the UPS store in Lumberton did an amazing job with the packing - my family even commented on it when it arrived. It arrived safe and sound. Thank you UPS !!

We had the UPS store in Lumberton ship an entire house full of boxes down to a family member in South Carolina. Lisa (the owner) was so helpful and very accommodating. She made sure everything was packed properly and was delivered safely. The whole shipment arrived on time and not one thing was damaged. We couldnt be happier!
