Was waiting on a package prior to a vacation, saw it got to the location near me but was not scheduled for delivery so I called to try to pick it up. Was told it was "containerized" and not available for pickup until the morning, so someone couldnt unpack a box so I could get my package before I left for vacation...I recommend UPS over FedEx, they seem to work with you better and I have never seen them hold my package an extra day...Got two conflicting messages in the morning one saying it was being delivered, one saying they were holding it at the facility so I called and checked, was told it is definitely at the facility. Drove a half hour out there and apparently it is on the truck being delivered today. Not a good experience.

Called the number for the store and could not get to a person in the store. I went through their customer service number to get transferred to the store and got someone. I simply asked when their last pickup was and was met with "what do you mean." I explained that I didnt want my overnight to be late and they asked if I was using the box. "I dont know. I just need to ship something through you overnight." She sounded exasperated that I would keep her on the phone for such a simple question, said the box time was 8pm and hurried to get off the phone. No time for my business means no chance of getting my money. Try another FedEx or, better yet, UPS store in Cinnaminson. Those guys are really nice and helpful.

Other Fed Ex locations would do well to follow this locations example. Open at 8am, holds at 8:30, and never any excuses. These guys are awesome. And this is one location that didnt renovate to completely isolate staff from customers and give people that "we dont even know youre standing there" feeling.
