Advised delivery was coming on May 11 - 18, 2017. Got notification that delivery was made on May 10, 2017 at 4:07pm. I was home all day and outside house at 4:00pm. No delivery made to my address. After checking neighboring houses a claim was placed with FEDEX for undelivered item. I was told nothing would occur for 48 hours but I would get a call back with an update. After 4 days I called with my case number and spoke to representative. I was told no updates were made to case and that driver apparently had not made any investigation. It was now up to me to contact seller and work out an agreement to solve the LOST item .I was told they would have no further contact since the 48 hours had past. A footnote is that I spoke with another FEDEX driver and was told that the normal driver for my route was out on extended sick leave and that they were using substitute drivers. To me this was totally unacceptable since the fix should have been easy by having the driver retrace his steps and determine where the delivery was incorrectly delivered. These items were worth over $700.00 and FEDEX was just acting like business as usual.

I call they were supposed to leave my package and Northfield have it shipped and it never was sick I had to drive all the way to Barrington to go and pick up my package the lady flat out lied to me over the phone said it would be there I called again today which is Friday and it was like no its still here in Barrington I dont know why someone told you that we dont do that so Im very pissed off that I had to drive 50 minutes because someone over the phone just flat out lied about transporting my package to Pleasantville New Jersey which it should have been to Northfield to the ground office drove 50 minutes to Barrington out my way to turn around and go back home just one package when it could have been delivered at the ground office or came on Saturday very disappointed its not the people in the shipping Department fault its the people to operate the phones are the worst so they get a 1-star for me

Everybody below were at almost same situation!!! I was waiting at home because of this package. I couldnt even Work!! I checked the tracking every hour and I found delivery guy already visited 10 min ago !!!!! I didnt hear any bell!!! I called them to ask how can I pick up because I have to work tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. but they said!!! they couldnt leave that package anywhere before 3 times of attempt!!! so!!! i have to wait 3 more days and go to pickup center to pick up!!! DOESN"T MAKE SENCE!!!!!!! Kidding me??? it will be at the truck 3 more days and delivery guy will be here where I am not here 2 more days!!! fedex sucks!!! UPS never did like this. this is 2nd times of fedex doing like this!!! not even 1 star!!!

I have been waiting for a delivery from this Barrington depot for five days. Th package has been riding around on the truck for five days. No delivery yet. Every day they update status for delivery the next day. They lie and say you are not home for a delivery that does not require a signature. No door tag because they do not even come to house. FedEx senior management needs to clean house of the operations at this Barrington facility. The office is only open from 9 to 4 for questions and normally do not answer phone. Try to avoid any packages going through this facility if you want to receive them.

refused a package and asked to return to sender, they reboxed it that night and then re-delivered it the next day. Tricked me into signing for a new package and when I opened it i was surprised by all the same damaged goods - a bit of a hassle to clear up the mess and get it back to sender. Very Dirty what FedEx did - BARRINGTON is only 10 mins away from CAMDEN so if you missed our business hours the day b4, try and get here early the next morning to be done with what you couldnt finish the day b4! - *ripping out hair* - not being able to contact independent drivers is killing ur rep

If I could give these people a 0 it still wouldnt adequately describe the level of arrogance and incompetence the workers/delivery people at this location have. 3 time, 3 times in a row they have miss delivered large packages, the driver even argued with me to where I live after incorrectly describing my house. The last miss delivered package was stolen, what did they do? They closed the issue with out any resolution, without giving me any direction on what to do. They are unprofessional and their drivers cant read addresses properly. Avoid if possible.

YOUR F.... COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!! MY PACKAGES ARE NOW ON THE TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS GOING ON 3 DAYS BECAUSE THE IDIOTS THAT ANSWER THE PHONE TOLD METHE DRIVER WILL BE BACK TO MY HOUSE AROUND 5 PM ( THE SAME AS THE DAY BEFORE ) SO I COULD HAVE SOMEONE THERE. BUT INSTEAD THE DRIVER SHOWS UP AT 8AM WHEN NOBODY IS HOME AND NOW HAVE CALLED 10 TIMES AND THEY TELL ME WE CANT DO ANYTHING AND THERE GOES ANOTHER DAY..... F.U. FED EX AND YOUR STUPID STAR RATING MAKES YOU GIVE THEM AT LEAST ONE STAR I GIVE THEM - 10 STARS

THE WORST! They keep delivering my mail to the wrong address, when its clearly labeled. We are a business in a strip mall, and several of the stores have to constantly exchange packages because they mix them up all the time. We are lucky to have honest neighbors. As for home delivery they left the packages in our back yard on our snowblower. I was searching for 2 days? Calling their office etc...I only found the packages because I let my animals outside, out back and happened to glance in the corner at the snowblower.

I continuously asked to have my package taken off hold which no one at fedex was able to do. The fedex representative said she did then when I called the next day it indeed was not. Then, I was told by another fedex a representative that someone from this facility would call me about my package momentarily and its been 50 minutes. By this time, the truck that should have my product on it will probably be gone so the moral of the story is dont trust fedex employees to do the job for which they are being paid.

Garbage facility. They told me they knew my package label had fallen off but could not find the package, although they had delivered 2 of the 3 packages from the same shipper. Insisted they were looking for it but after 3 weeks I finally got a call from someone saying they were "taking responsibility" but that it is now up to me to call the shipper to file a claim. Terrible customer service, terrible service in general.

Could not be worse. This is now the 4th time in 6 months where Ive needed a package, waited all day 20 ft from my door, and Ive found a note saying they missed us. Ive always gotten my packages late, and have always had to drive to this facility to pick them up because the people delivering are too incompetent to knock on the door. I am at the point where I literally beg people not to fed ex me anything.
