Exactly as Benjamin Lederman said, regular post man is awesome. Hes been delivering my mail for at least 7 years, maybe longer, not sure. Hes prompt in my mail delivery and picking up my packages. At least once a week thou, when ever he is off, my packages are NOT picked up (but I get a confirmation that they are), I get my neighbors mail, and if it so happened to be a day I was expecting a package...its been known to vanish. Once it was put in a parcel box without giving me the key...I caught my regular post man at the boxes and he sorted out. I realize part timers dont have the experience, but if they cant do their job, find someone who can.

When we have our regular mailman we get all of our mail without incident. However when someone other than our normal mailman delivers our mail it either gets put into someone elses mail box or we do not get it at all. When we call to complain we get the run around and it seems no one wants to look into the problem in any detail.

I just moved into a apartment and the mailing address had been dead for yrs. My mail carrier still gave me my mail. My mail carrier left a not I wrote one back and everything was fine. I have yet to met my mail carrier Because my mail carrier seems to be awesome.
