March 30, 2017 from the window of my office I saw the mail carrier in his vehicle. In a few minutes I checked the mail in my mail box. In the mail box I found standard USPS Delivery Notice: Sorry We Missed You! The problem is: the mail carrier did not step out of the vehicle. It is not the first time. The mail carrier does not make any attempt to check if anybody home. It is his regular behavior. April 1, 2017 I have arrived to USPS location at 830 Welsh Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 to pick up my letter. The person on the front counter was not able to find the letter. He was not able to explain what to do next. I have asked the manager. I was waiting around ten minutes. Finally the manager arrived and asked how he can help me. I explained the situation with the mail carrier and how letter was not delivered and USPS Delivery Notice left instead. The manager was very unfriendly he did not try to help me. No word of apology. Today is April 3, 2017 and the letter is not delivered.

Most irritating staff I have ever seen and encountered at any of the post offices, anywhere in the US!!! These people do not care about their attitude, they are rude, obnoxious and extremely unfriendly. I would most definitely avoid this place and go out of my way to a different post office. I took my friend their one’s who didnt believe me that those people who work there are so rude. From the first minute, as soon as front desk rep started speaking with me my friend noticed the rudeness and carelessness which was coming from the Post office staff..... I have never been happy with this place and nor will I ever be, unless they change entire service personnel.

Where can you buy a consumer item costing a few dollars or less and consistently have to wait 10 - 30 minutes or more in line every time? Ridiculous! Is it any wonder the postal service has lost so many customers and now losing much money too? Actually it was quite predictable.

Just so you, and everyone reading reviews, knows, at NO TIME, has the post office EVER been funded by tax payer dollars. Self supported, self funded. Never using tax payer money.
