Ordered an American Doll recently - never came. American Doll tracked the FedEx delivery which stated "delivered - dropped off at front door". American Doll has FedEx contact the driver who said "familiar with area - delivered package to front door correctly". I work 4 feet from my front door and can HEAR the delivery trucks long before I SEE the drivers drop off packages through the window....nobody delivered anything that day NOR left anything out front. And nobody stole it from my front door as I WOULD HAVE SEEN THEM out the same mentioned window. So either the driver made a mistake and is LYING or the driver himself stole the doll and is LYING. Luckily American Doll ate the cost and is delivering a new doll...but the point is why should American Doll eat the cost for a lying fedEx driver. Use UPS - never had a problem!

As an ex fedex worker I read these horrible reviews and I can tell you this even when I worked there I wouldnt use fedex with all the stuff I would see on a daily basis. Most of the couriers are bums. The ones that care and have some pride get pushed to hard by the gutless management team who have no balls to make the bums work. The planes that are flown by the pilots are flown by the worst pilots that are out there. If there is a cloud in the sky they wont fly. If their coffee isnt hot enough they wont fly yet if there is two feet of snow on the street fedex will force the couriers to come in with unsafe conditions and a state of emergency saying we cant be on the road to do the impossible. Another greedy gutless clueless company. Dont ship with them and dont work for them.

Worst place ever imgainable. Just as the other comment says, DO NOT depend on them.This place sucks with a passion. Ive been having problems with them for years, and dont even think about calling Customer Service because they cant help you either. Id rather fly and pick up my own package then to depend on them, and I am serious. All I get from these people is poor service and a headache.

3 times bad service got delivery exception , for priority overnight package, delivery is very poor but they pick up thing on time........... If some one want to get a package on time, please ask sender not to use this one....... If you want to send some thing you can use If you phone them, they will deliver the same day, when you see online status as delivery exception

If you want to know any info from FedEx on call definitely you would loose your patience, It is very tough to catch up customer care person on call....their customer care automation system is Horrible and Very poor customer care service

Dont bother calling unless you want to go through a poorly built automated system. To get an answer to a question that should take a few seconds, you have to spend 10 minutes trying to navigate around the robotic operator...

Paid for 2 day shipping. The 1st day it arrive at Fort Washington, where it spent 3 more days before attempting to deliver. Dont use this Fedex Fort Washington is delivery timing is essential.

I had 2 packages under 1lb delivered at separate times. Both packages had 2 delivery exceptions, and took 6 days after arriving at a local store. I will pay triple from now on, to use UPS.
