This shipping service is worst than a group of kids in a special education class. They will treat like if their job is a game, they will not deliver on the designated time. WAY to many delays like maybe 5 or 6 at least? Very garbage service. Especially when they sent my package to another destination which is the final destination and they will sent it to a place, like a post office instead of to the persons house. The customer service is very retarded as well they dont even reply to calls and my friend got her package a month later, She doesnt even live that far to be honest. They should turn in their uniforms and shut down their service and never ship another damn package again. They dont even answer your e-mail messages, calls, or any customer service. Very poor and unprofessional service. Every single one of their employees are retarded

Mailed a parcel to this address which was received. However, this "Broker" did not do their due diligence when forwarding the parcel to Dubai to the customer. They did not provide the appropriate customs paperwork etc and the customer now finds himself unable to retrieve the items he purchased...THEY ARENT EVEN HELPING HIM AND ARE PASSING THE BUCK INSTEAD OF DOING THEIR JOB. Please people if you are purchasing from Canada or the US DO NOT USE THIS BROKER EVER.

Never connected with anyone after being on hold for 40minutes. I tried contacting several other times, but could not stand waiting more than 10minutes. In total, I have spent 2 hours on hold and without an option to speak with someone directly. DO NOT USE. I am still waiting 5 days for a time sensitive overnight parcel.

The worst shipping company I ever dealt with, not professional at all, poor communication, was put on hold for almost 1 hour and no one answered me, significant delay in delivery of overnight shipments!! I would never deal with this company again, I would give ZERO star if available.

it says online that they open at 8:30 meanwhile customer service says they open at 9am. called at 9:11am and was on hold for 20minutes. I cant even trust that my parcel will be protected based on the reviews. this is really bad. wish there was a "no STAR" rating.
