I spoke with an employee, Christian, and both owners Diane and Eric over the course of a few days, about possibly opening up a personal mailbox with them. Christian was the only one of the three that seemed to want to help me in any way. When I spoke with Diane, she gave me some information that contradicted what her own paperwork said as far as email notifications about incoming mail. I called her out on it and she told me I was looking at the wrong paperwork. After reading what her paperwork said out loud, she told me to email her about it, so I immediately sent an email with a screenshot of the application and the link that I got it from. Instead of replying to the email, I got a phone call from her husband Eric, the other owner. He already seemed disgruntled at me for some reason. He mentioned that "Christian isnt the owner of the store. Diane and I own the store," as if Christian had given me incorrect information. He hadnt. Their own paperwork gave me incorrect info about the personal mailboxes. I asked him if he or Diane received my email and he very rudely explained that he had been with customers all day and that he couldnt check the stores email. When I explained that I was opening up the email to read it to him, he got very impatient and acted like he couldnt wait for me to do that. After that, I realized there was NO WAY I would trust something as important and as complicated as my mail with these people so I ended the phone call. Ill be looking elsewhere for personal mailbox services.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I went in to the store and bought a box and a water proof bag, and asked the employee (which I believe to be the manager) to simply cut the box for me (since the folding parts were too large.) But he refused to cut the box, he said and I quote " Since you didnt use UPS to ship what is to be in the box, I should not do you this favor of cutting it." and so out of frustration, took the box and left...What kind of business do you run? If I had brought a box and asked for them to cut it, I know that it would have been wrong. But I bought a box and a waterproof bag along with it!! All they had to do was cut the box in order for me to ship it!! And on top of that they were not even busy! I was the only person in the store along with another woman who arrived minutes after I was there.... Terrible staff members. Please do yourself a favor by not entering.

Horrible service - find another location if you can. I use this location when I am out of town and have packages from my employer shipped here to hold. Went in on 7/15 to pick up a package, the girl behind the counter, who is always flustered and not very helpful could not find my package right away. In the meantime, 3 customers came in so she told me to wait while she waits on them.... are you kidding me? Find the package FIRST! Needless to say I left. I will pick it up Monday and then Im done with this place. Incompetence at its finest.

I have had a box here for the last 6 years. Recently (4/2013), there was a management turnover, and since then, they have been less than professional and unwilling to work with me. Im extremely disappointed with their customer service, and I will find a company that is more interested in my business.

I have been having packages delivered there monthly for 2 years but, recently was given attitude when I forgot to pick my package up and then charged. Im not using them again. I find that for the most part the workers are nice but one in particular is not helpful or even nice about handling situations.

The staff is great. Im in the store weekly and not only are they courteous and helpful to me, Ive witnessed professional attitudes from all three employees as they help other customers. Even during busy holiday seasons, they keep the line moving and keep the atmosphere relaxed. Do business there.
