So far, I have never been treated so unprofessionally and the gentleman trying to get them to box up the package that they said would be no problem, has been treated with the utmost disrespect. I have used Fedex in the past for items larger than this one and was very pleased with the customer service and shipping. If it were me I would have left after being treated so poorly, but my sender is more of a gentleman than they are arrogant and lazy. He is waiting outside so I can get the diathermy for my practice. He cannot stand being around them and I dont blame him. S I have been on the phone with the Arizona office for twenty minutes waiting to see if he can reach them and help my sender get this job done. I feel terrible that he has spent hours over the weekend and today trying to get my unit on the way. This is the second review I have made the first, a Fedex downtown with the same psychological diathesis and now this Fedex who has before ignored him Saturday after arriving a minute late. I dont know what this is about but you cannot call this a FedEx Shipping Center. Anything else might fit. This is really crazy and unsatisfactory. Its as if we live in a third world country. I was told and priced what it would cost sending from Philly to Edmond Oklahoma but we cant eve get anyone to act functional including this guy in Arizona who has left me on hold 30 minutes.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with FedEx and as a result will make every effort to not use this business for my delivery services. I rearranged my schedule to be home all day to await a package only to find a door tag slip on my door to inform me that I had missed it. It is clear the deliveryman did not make an appropriate attempt to deliver the package and that he only knocked on the door of an APARTMENT building and failed to ring the actual unit number. This package was very important. I know for a fact that the bell was not rung as I have been in the apartment all day--I did not even shower because I did not want to miss the doorbell ring. This is a waste of my time and FedExs time. I honestly believe further training is in order for this offices deliverymen. I will be picking it up myself as I do not trust the FedEx deliverymen to make an appropriate attempt tomorrow (emphasis on appropriate; slapping the sticker on the door doesnt mean you actually rang the bell). I have had similar experiences with FedEx before and after this one I am just done with this business. UPS for life.

I am currently at this location... I walked in 19 minutes ago to find three customers ahead of me with no one working the customer service desk. After 5 minutes, an employee who seems to be helping the customer whos turn it is comes out and doesnt acknowledge anyone else (4 people). In the last 19 minutes, 4 employees walk passed the lobby without acknowledging any of the patrons waiting as well. Its now minute 23 and the customer who was being helped asked the employee who finally came out with zero results for his package to forget about the transaction and for her to help others. There are now 8 customers waiting. Oh, and the phone rang 6 times in the back where all the employees can be heard laughing and having a good time.

I was hesitant to use this location due to the poor reviews. The line was 5 deep when I entered. They could benefit greatly from an organized line fence system (like banks use). Everyone just stands in the doorway. There was only one attendant for about 6 minutes. But when the employee Michael appeared, everything went a whole lot faster and more efficiently. He quickly assessed all five of our needs vocally and was able to handle the details of five customers needs. I needed a large box to send back a Shark steam mop - he got it and handled other customers while I assembled and taped it. I thought I was going to be there forever but I was in and out in 20 minutes, with five others in front of me.

This Fed Ex is quite possibly the worst shipping center Ive ever dealt with. I got married this past month and had many shipments come to my apartment. The ones coming through fed ex are the only ones that did not show up or were lost. I recently just ordered a computer and they were going to leave it outside my door without knocking and then realized it needed a direct signature so they came back to get it. I understand that its difficult to please everyone but seriously, leaving a package on a door in Philadelphia right next to south st? Please try to make your service better because calling and trying to explain these issues is getting to be really ridiculous.

I arrived at around 7pm with my door tags. I had two packages to pick up. Was told the truck hasnt returned yet and asked if Id like to wait. Sure, seeing that they close at 8pm it shouldnt be that long. Waited another 40min. Only when no one else was around, another rep asked me if i was waiting for a package (why else would you think anyone would be just be sitting there?). I asked if the truck had come back yet, she checked the system and then told me that the truck wouldnt be back until 9pm. So i basically wasted my time. I wish they would hire more competent people...

Would like to give ZERO stars but that isnt an option. Not ONE, but TWO packages were overnighted this week. BOTH companies chose FedEx over UPS. Neither one was EVER DELIVERED. Both said "Customer Not Available/Business Closed". Amazing, because Nordstom deleived by UPS just fine. Now, FedEx is closed for the weekend, I cant locate the packages, wasted money on overnight service, and of course, NO ONE is responsible. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Whoever the driver is in my neighborhood needs to be FIRED ON THE SPOT. Get out of your car and deliver, or get a new job.

THE WORST FEDEX SHIP CENTER!!! I CONCUR WITH THE OTHER REVIEWS... THIS IS THE WORST FEDEX SHIP CENTER!!! LAST WEEK I WENT TO SEND A PACKAGE WITH A PREPAID LABEL, THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A MACHINE TO PRINT THEIR OWN LABELS!!! EVEN USPS HAS IT!!! TODAY I WENT TO PICK UP A PACKAGE, AS I WAS ASSURED IT WOULD BE READY BY 7:30PM. I STAND ON LINE FOR 20 MINUTES, ONLY TO BE TOLD TO TAKE A SEAT AS THE DRIVER WAS NOT INN YET... 30 MINUTES LATER THEY TELL ME THE DRIVER IS NOT GOING TO BE BACK UNTIL TOMORROW!!! IF YOU WANT TO AVOID A HEADACHE, DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!

The absolute worst. They said they "attempted" 3 deliveries but not ONCE did my doorbell ring ! All I got was a damn door tag and I asked the neighbors and they said he just stuck the tag on the door and walked away ! So I called the establishment and she said the guy tried 3 times and they can either hold my package or send it back. I told her that their delivery guy is completely lazy and any idiot can see that at ANY apartment complex you have to RING the receivers doorbell. This is why I like UPS 10x more than Fedex.
