I wish I could give this hack of a delivery service NO STARS. What a joke. They were a preferred carrier for an Amazon next day order I placed on a Wednesday afternoon. The package never arrived. It is now the following Tuesday, and it is still not here. When I called Amazon three times, to tell them it was never delivered, they put me on hold to contact A1 each time. The Amazon CSR returned and I was told that A1 had attempted to deliver the package three times and left me messages each time. To this day there are no messages on my voice mail, or any other mail, of attempted deliveries, save for one. A call that came in on the following SUNDAY at 9:30pm, letting me know they are waiting downstairs. 9:30PM ON A SUNDAY! Who are these people? Since the packages they were delivering were to be sent to my office and not my residence, I was obviously not there to accept them on a Sunday. At 9:30pm. This seemed to frustrate the delivery person when I called them back. I asked if there would be another attempt on Monday when some one would be in the office. Their answer was "Yes" and I waited. Monday morning, nothing. Monday afternoon, nothing. Monday night at 7pm...nothing. Tuesday morning...nothing again. Finally, on my fourth call to Amazon, I canceled the order and did whatever I could to give them the feedback that A1 Courier company is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Amazon, to their credit, graciously waved the shipping charges on my new order. Thank you, Amazon! If you need something delivered, look elsewhere. These guys just fail you.

Wish I could give this NEGATIVE stars. I ordered something yesterday for same day delivery on Amazon Prime. The driver never called me that day. When I saw a voicemail from a random number, I called it back, and it happened to be the driver who left after 10 mins of a window. Mind you, I had been tracking the delivery all day long on Amazon, and it said the package was in transit. When I call this guy back, he says hell find someone who can deliver it to me the same night still. However, when I call him back an hour later, his phone is off. Great. This morning, I stayed home and didnt go anywhere because I didnt want to miss the delivery again. I had again been following the package status on Amazon. From 8:00AM - Noon, the package was somewhere in the universe being "in transit". And all of a sudden, the status went from "in transit" to "Delivery Attempted".......I never got a call or a notification on my email...I called the company itself after having a very angry confrontation with Amazon. The manager at this company told me hed call me back to let me know what happened with my delivery and that Id definitely have it by today afternoon. It is now 6:30 PM and ....not only did the manager never contact me back about my ridiculously delayed order, but when I called, the lady working there gave me an attitude saying "we only send out deliveries once a day...so..." What alien spaceship is this that is doing the deliveries? Save yourselves if you ever see this as the shipping company. Just cancel your order to save your time and sanity.

Too bad you cant choose your delivery company when you do Amazon Prime. amazon really needs to do away with this company. First off they tried to deliver my package after 8:00 PM. Second, the notice that they left only had a stamp with their phone number on it no date of delivery attempt or time of delivery attempt. So I called the company themselves to see where my package was and a not so nice lady answered the phone with no manners at all she told me that their company delivers up to 9 PM. Some people are actually asleep at 9 PM.on Amazons notice it says it would be delivered by 8 PM. So I was waiting for my package to be redelivered on Monday from the weekend I felt something was wrong so I called Amazon to see were my package was. My package as of 5 oclock was in A1 carriers warehouse. So neither A1 carrier nor Amazon were going to notify me that I was waiting for nothing because my package was not going to be delivered.needless to say I canceled my order and I will have to re-order the same things again and if I ever see my shipper as A1 carrier service I will always cancel my order. Thats how they will loose my business and waste their time. And I definitely wish that I could give a negative stars instead of one.fix your game Amazon because I might not renew my prime membership.im definitely not getting my packages next day especially with this company.and the secretary definitely needs to be a bit nicer. They lost my business and from the looks of it theyre constantly losing customers

Used Amazon 1 day shipping on Friday, July 22nd. Package was supposed to be delivered by 9pm on Saturday, July 23rd, 2016. Im a tracking junkie and periodically check tracking number throughout the day to make sure it hasnt been delivered and is just sitting in my breezeway, front step, garden, or other newly discovered places they decide to leave my packages. I track the packages process throughout the day and went and checked at 7:07 pm on the 23rd to see that at 7:00 pm they updated the tracking number to : "7:00 PM Lost by carrier - undeliverable Folcroft, PA, US" So what does that mean exactly? It fell off a conveyer belt and didnt make the truck? An employee seen an amazon box and thought it was easy pickings? Either way I called amazon and they seen the updated tracking details and issued me a refund without issue. Amazon gets 5 stars, this company gets negative 5. I hope amazon cancels whatever contact they have with you and finds another reliable, trustworthy provider. Your are muddying the name of Amazon with your subpar business methods. Please cancel your contract with them and let someone else do it, couldnt be any worse.

I ordered an item from Amazon prime (free second day delivery, of course) and was happy to see that it was out for delivery the very next day via A1 courier. I had the day off so that worked out really well. I checked the tracking info at about 1:30 pm and to my surprise it informed me that the package was delivered at 12:40 pm that it was (left at the front door). Surprising because no one knocked and no one rang the bell. Hmmm, I looked around and saw no package anywhere near my front door. none of my neighbors are home during the day, so they couldnt have left it elsewhere... the mystery continued. I called A1 and they put me on hold and presumably called the driver. The driver said he left it at my front door. I asked the rep why they didnt knock or ring the bell. I was home and that would have solved any issues about where my package is. The bottom line is: Amazon is sending me another one (by a different carrier) and all future orders to Amazon will be with the special instruction that if the courier is going to be A1, dont bother, Ill buy it at jacked up local prices.

I swear with everything that I have I am calling Amazon Corporate first this Tuesday morning. These people are thieves. They said that amazon never gave them my items but tell me HOW it is scanned in at 3:55pm as picked up by A-1 but for minutes later it says never received! Well somebody had to get something to scan it in. Thats what a tracking number is for and all about! I was on with Amazon for an hour spoke to a manager and Im like nope they know what you are going to do. Ive sat and read the reviews...EVERYONE is saying the same thing. This is about the 3rd time. And I said enough is enough. Amazon will either issue a refund, or reorder your items...but the same question remains WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?? And this company knows what they are doing. I asked amazon if I could get a call back from corp they said no....I said no problem Corp will hear from me! Believe that. They wanted to give me a refund...I said sure, but dont put it back on my card, i want it in a gift card credit! I be dang if Im going to wait til next week for my $$ back.
